“Perlman clinic changes the game in health care. They have saved me several times from having to go to the ER by providing video visits as late as 10pm on a Sunday and was prescribed the medication I needed the same night. You have access to your provider via mychart and they are very communicative always responding immediately to me. If im visiting my daughter, they have another location close by where I can be seen conveniently. I feel confident that I can communicate easily and have a good rapport with my providers. I was able to see a specialist within perlman clinic that I was referred to via video visit and that made things so much easier than having to wait for months for an appointment and long travel times. You can do most from the convenience of your home.”
“Oh. My. Gosh. This is the place to go if you want to be in and out in a realistic amount of time. And EVERYONE who helped us in some way was so nice and professional. We had an 8 a.m. appointment, and were out and on our way by 9 a.m.! Just had to stop at the drugstore for medications, and then could resume the rest of our vacation.”

“I had an excellent experience communicating with Roshan at San Diego Docs regarding the I-693 immigration medical exam process.
From the very beginning, Roshan was extremely responsive, patient, and highly knowledgeable. She/he took the time to clearly explain every step of the process in detail, including timelines, lab work, vaccination requirements, and documentation. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point, which made a stressful immigration situation much easier to navigate.
What stood out most was the level of professionalism and genuine care in communication. Every question I had was answered thoroughly and promptly, and the instructions were always clear and easy to follow.
Although I ultimately could not proceed with the clinic due to my personal timeline constraints, I truly appreciate the transparency, support, and professionalism provided throughout the entire interaction.

You can tell they are put in a difficult position with all the issues with insurance companies having terrible coverage, which has nothing to do with them. “My doctor here is outstanding. He’s incredibly thorough and takes the time to answer all my questions.
Regarding scheduling, I agree with others. Scripps needs to figure out a way so patients don’t need to wait 3-4 months for a basic appointment. It’s unacceptable. The waiting list option helps but it doesn’t resolve the issue.
Other than that, I’ve never had an issues with anyone at this clinic. However, be mindful, the front desk staff will turn you away if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment. Be on time!”
