As soon as you walk in, the lady there greeted me with a smile and was very helpful and communicative to work with my needs. When I came back for my dry cleaning and alterations, I commend them for doing a great job with ensuring that my clothing quality still remained the same with dry cleaning. “This was my first try at Lele's after checking out the reviews on Yelp. I brought my comforter to be cleaned. The staffs were friendly, efficient and nice. For both drop-off and pick-up, I was out in a few minutes. There was a little bit confusion about the charge by two different staff; at drop-off I was informed it would be $35, yet when I was ready to pay I was told $40. But the lady was very gracious saying it was no problem and $35 it was. I'll come back again.”
