“This is a great place except if you forget your detergent. All the offerings to buy are nasty stinky brands, and they don't tell you how much they cost. I would have paid for unscented choice but going to have just rinsed clothes this time. Otherwise good”

“Chad has special talents for challenging laundry stains! I'd washed a pair of new cream color jeans with a fish oil supplements in the pocket. This left an orange color stain on my new pants. I tried everything I knew to get that stain out, but had no luck. Then, I remembered that Chad has knowledge about fabric care, maybe he could save this pair of pants. I picked them up today and they look like new. Stains are all gone! Thank you.”

“The best service I've ever had, period. The owners are the definition of customer-focused. When our luggage was completely soaked after landing, I called them in a panic. They went above and beyond to help us out of our emergency.
I mean who does that for what will likely only be a one time customer? Expert does that. 30 other local dry cleaners I called said no. But take a guess...... Expert said yes!
On top of all this, we were supposed to meet them there at noon and we were 45 minutes late. But they waited for us anyways, which we were so thankful for. (Sorry guys)
This kind of stuff never happens back home in Chicago and now we can do the deed at our convention looking out best- thanks to the team at Expert.
Quite possible the best retail experience of my life. I am so grateful and hope their business sees incredible success.”

“Brought in a bridesmaid dress to get the straps altered by about two inches. Francis was very nice and it was affordable to get it altered. She had me pick it up a week later and charged $12. She is very detail oriented and even saved the fabric that she cut in case I needed it for anything. I haven’t been to another dry cleaner so I don’t have a frame of reference, but this was a good experience.”

“The coziest laundromat I’ve been to, the lighting in the place isn’t too bright or overwhelming. It’s never too packed and I come here religiously lol. If I ever have any problems with a machine they make sure to handle it and help right away. There’s good music playing every time I’m here, I’m most likely singing while doing laundry.. it’s a comfortable environment overall, love it.”

“I’ve been taking my suits and dresses here for a few years now. They are really reliable and get the dry cleaning done fast. They are really friendly and I really like that I can bring my clothes in, and then it’ll be ready the next business day which is really convenient for me. I’ve gone to other cleaners throughout San Diego in the past and I hated that they took a long time to get my clothes ready and the prices were ridiculous. I’m glad I’ve found Excellent Cleaners of Mira Mesa and their prices are great for my wallet and the timeliness is very quick.”

“This is the BEST laundry matt in San Diego and mark my words, I've explored them all. To start - the staff are incredible. There is an older gentlemen named Bob who works there and this man made the experience for us. The customer service this man delivers is absolutely over and above. The machines are all fairy priced AND the 7 Eleven next door has a surcharge free ATM. The cash/coin machines worked great. The machines were all great. Parking was fairly easy which is heavy praise compared to most local laundry mats and there is a restroom and wifi for customers. I can't say enough great things about this location + business!”
