“I spoke to Susan after hours on Sunday because my father had run out of his oxygen for cluster headache treatment during the weekend, and was desperate to get it refilled, as it’s the only thing that helps with those viscous suicide headaches. She spent so much time on the phone with me, and have me so much more helpful advice than all the countless hours I had spoken to different reps previously. She knew she wasn’t going to be making a sale (at least but until I need an oxygen provider, cause then she will be number ONE) on my list), but she took the time to help me to make the best possible choices and steps in coordinating my dads care and all the logistics that come with it. “Awesome customer service here! I called over the morning of my discharge from Scripps La Jolla since SLJ had run out of rental pumps. I was a mess, recovering from a cesarean, had just spent 78 days in antepartum, had a baby in the NICU, hormonal, etc so just needed the process to go smoothly. And that it did! I called over and was assured that there were plenty of pumps in stock. When I arrived, the clerk greeted me right away. I asked about insurance, etc. and got everything squared away as far as payments. She let me vent to her a little about the day I was having and displayed so much empathy. She then carried the pump out to the car for me since I couldn't lift due to my c-section. When I called later to ask for more information for my insurance, she gave me very clear instructions on who I could call to get the information I needed. It was such a seamless process and I'm so happy to have gotten my pump in a timely manner.”
“I stopped there to see if my small wheelchair could be fixed. They found good condition used footrests in the back and my chair was fixed for less than half the cost of new. It took 14 minutes. Really nice people.”
“As soon as I walked in, the staff very kindly welcomed me asking if I needed assistance. They asked if I knew what style I wanted, I told them I wanted light pink and flared bottoms. They were very very understanding of my desire to have light pink, offered me scrubs left and right to try on. They were extremely patient and kind. One pair I wanted was a bit see through, so I ended up going with my second choice. But they were nice quality, and large variety of colors, style, pattern and even fit! They have scrub caps, pens, lab coats, shoes and even badges/pins. Very very cute one's might I add. I will definitely be coming back. Id recommend this scrub shop to anyone, and even posted to social media”
“Excellent! AAA Medical had the CPAP supplies I needed in stock for a fair price! A welcome relief after I spent hours on hold with CVS, Apria and about ten other businesses just to find out they either had no clue about the parts I needed, didn’t have them in stock and or might be able to ship them in 3 or more days… AAA Medical answered the phone promptly, knew their product line for Resmed well, verified they had what I needed and held it for my pick up the same day as I needed to get on an airplane early the next morning. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and a fair price. I definitely plan to do my supply reorders with them on the future and highly recommend them.”
“Big selection of scrubs for men and women. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the employees and offered assistance. I asked for a specific color of greys anatomy scrubs and I was shown every version they had. I tried them on and all worked out perfectly. I spent less than 15 minutes and the store and found exactly what I needed. Great overall experience!”
“I cannot say enough about the professionalism and the staff at the lab. We put them to the test. The Centinel Spine meeting continued to grow and change throughout the contracting to the meeting implementation. They did not have a miss. The group was very accommodating with every ask that was made of them, and there were many.The food truck service was amazing and the food was over the top. We utilized their outdoor patio space which was a welcome relief to being in the lab all day. “Wonderful! When I finally found AAA medical I was in a bit of a Panic. Resmed referred me to CVS, I checked Apria, and a dozen other locations. All the big stores said no or wait 3 or more days for shipping. After being on hold for an eternity. AAA Medical had the CPAP supplies that I needed in stock at a fair price. They were quick to answer the phone, knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. I am definitely giving them my business in the future and recommend them highly!”
