“I am surprised to see negative reviews. I was actually quite impressed when visiting the store on Saturday. My mom & I were walking by & decided to come in so that I can buy few thigs for my new puppy. (I don't have him yet, but have been preparing like a crazy person) Gentleman, who I assume is the owner, was very helpful & informative. It has been over 15 years since I had a puppy at home, so I asked him many questions, some of which were probably stupid. He was very patient & knowledgeable. He gave me many useful recommendations. He was also very understanding when I was talking about my Shih Tzu Bailey, that we lost at the first part of 2022. The store was nicely stocked. Everything was easy to find. They carry very nice & healthy brands. Yes, I could probably buy things a bit cheaper at Petco or Petsmart, however I would have never received this type of personal service & I wouldn't find some of these nice local brands there. I like to support small local businesses when I can. I bought several types of human grade training treats & a variety pack of some chewy things. My mom bought a sweater for her future grand puppy. I told her that she would be a better grandma if she knitted one, but I got a dirty look :) A puppy class was about to start, so we got to watch all the furry participants go in, which was so fun. I will definitely return.”
