Seriously, efficient, kind and infinitely knowledgeable. It was the best experience and my dog instantly loved the food. “This was my first time washing the first dog I've ever owned and this experience was amazing. I have a fairly large 1-year-old Rottweiler named Winston and the staff was extremely helpful and patient explained everything to me The price was amazing I did the blueberry facial self wash and used the blow dryer area they had de-shedding tools available The staff was knowledgeable if I had any question and they offer grooming services as well in case I wanted to get him a haircut it's just the perfect place. The jams were awesome they were listening to the now that's what I call music CDs and I knew every lyric so I was singing to my dog while I was washing him hands down best experience I could have ever had!! Also you're welcome to whoever got to enjoy my free karaoke show”

“I was referred by another pet parent and this place did not disappoint! My pet and I were treated warmly. The groomer Cesar came out to meet his 1st time puppy client. He has a great personality and interacted with my pup right away. After asking me what I wanted for my fur baby he assured me it would go great. I felt easy leaving my baby for the first time. Boy...was I impressed when he walked her out. I would recommend this place for sure. ONLY 1 DOWNSIDE...THE PARKING. It's on one way street so be ready to double park lights flashing for quick drop off and pick up. Thanks again Cesar and staff!!”
“I've been going to this store since 2012 for my lovebirds. The store has an excellent toy/shredder section. The food/treat selection is excellent. Cages are a decent price. The prices overall are good and comparable to online sites for the most part. I've boarded my birds only a couple of times, but it was a good experience, and my birds didn't seem to disturbed. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have not purchased a bird here. My only gripe is the heavy metal sometimes played.”

“The staff here are very knowledgable and helpful. I ride my bike here frequently to purchase dog food, and bird food. They always are very kind, especially Austin, Stephen (or Steven) and Erica. I highly recommend Kahoots, as they are always quick to help you with whatever you need! Prices are very affordable, unlike Petco or Petsmart, which makes it better on your budget.”
“my cocker spaniel has been groomed in so many places because he gets a little difficult to be honest, also he has very sensitive skin so he cant be shaved or he gets too irritated/rash and scabs….. so i thought id try this place, if they do cats maybe they will handle him better AND YEEEESSSSS, they even say he is a GOOD BOY, they know what they’re doing, and how to do it, they send pictures of details, close ups to inner ear or anything found that you should know, they are the best best groomers and bailey actually likes them?”
“This organization is beyond amazing. My partner and I went to adopt a dog unfortunately, the volunteers would not allow the dog off the leash in a safe space, and they kept feeding the dog, which did not allow us an opportunity for the dog to come to us so we could bond with it for a few minutes that experience destroyed the opportunity for us to get the dog. I hope they change their policies and allow potential foster and adopted pet parents to literally spend just a few minutes bonding with the animal. They’re trying to adopt it destroyed our motivation, but the organization is incredible.”
“I been to just about every tropical fish store in the area more than a few times. I can say hands down these guys are my favorite by a lot. They have a massive selection of fish with tons you just won’t find just about anywhere else. Their tanks are clean and well kept. From my understanding unlike some fish stores each group of tanks is a closed unit and not hooked up to a massive store wide filtration which limits disease transmission. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Their price points are competitive. Most of all they are very forthcoming and honest. Once they informed me that they had recently finished treatment for Ich in a tank and another time they said they just got the fish in a day ago and suggested coming back in a few days. They always have been straightforward about compatibility issues. They will often ask questions about your set up to ensure things are a good fit. I got more fish through these guys than the others combined and have never had a single issue, whereas ive had a number of issues arise from other stores.”
“We were walking around North Park and originally walked past this store, thinking it was only for dogs. On our way back, we needed up stopping by and it was a great choice. The owners were so friendly and helped guide us towards great toys for our cats. Tonight our cats have been playing with the toys (the feather wand specifically), and I’ve never seen my already crazy cats be SO ACTIVE. This will 100% be my go to spot for cat toys and treats. Not only were the toys affordable compared to a big box store, the workers were so loving and caring.”

“Love taking my dog here for her baths. I use the self serve bath tubs and wash her myself and it’s worth it. The tubs are higher, so it takes the stress off your back and there is shampoo available if you need it. All other supplies are provided as well such and towels and you can even blow dry your dog if you want. My dog hates the dryer so we skip that part. Employees are very friendly, they know us and greet my dog in a way a dog lover should and every 10th wash is free! I highly recommend using this place for self wash or drop your dog off for grooming.”

The team is always so gentle, patient, and upbeat with her, and it shows—she trots in excited and comes out looking like a cloud with legs. For a dog with this much fluff, their setup is unbelievably convenient. The self‑wash stations are clean, well‑organized, and make the whole process fast and stress‑free. “Great people and products. Only pet food store with LOW PHOSPHORUS food for cats with kidney disease that you don’t need a prescription for. If your cat is over 10 years old, please ask your vet if you should switch to their food so you can prolongs your kitties life and make it as comfortable as possible.”

“The hospitality, care, and attention to detail was amazing at Mimo pets. I had requested for Cindy as the groomer, and the receptionist, Nicky, was so kind to coordinate our appointment over the phone the next day. The minute we took our little shih tzu Momo inside, Nicky immediately recognized us and was very thoroughly with understanding our request for keeping Momo’s hair long while giving her a peekaboo shave. :)
Momo was really nervous at first but the team really took care of her during her stay. Cindy did an amazing job with Momo’s haircut, and as pet parents— we loved Nicky’s positivity and attentiveness. We definitely will be coming back. Thank you so much!”
