Every time I've been in there, there is little to no line and the staff were courteous and helpful. With the villa La Jolla square usps office closed, this place is a lifesaver. This is on library walk, right across from Giesel's entrance, next to all the bike racks.”

“What I can say is that they have always been very helpful when it comes to locating my packages. Several of the couriers on foot have been great people. The post office also operates out of the annex and they appear short staffed all the time. I hate waiting too, but the staff that works here are human too. They are mountains more helpful than UPS or FedEx has ever been to me customer service wise.”
