They were up front about what they could and could not do on such short notice, gave me fair pricing, and got it done. Everything turned out great. “The employees at this store saved my butt. They are amazing. I accidentally shipped a package to the wrong address. Not just wrong zip code. Completely wrong state. The manager Tanner (might be (Tenner) spent a bunch of time on the phone getting my package rerouted. The person I sent it to got it a day late and I am so thankful for that. I thought it would have added at least a week to the shipping time. Tanner could have just told me that it wasn’t possible and to fix my mistake but instead he went way out of his way to fix my mistake for me. It’s not juts the manager who is cool there. Every employee that I have spoken to has been amazing. Thank you!!!!!!!!”

Every time I go into this establishment, I’m always greeted with a smile and absolute professionalism, and the shipping process was explained so I would know what I should expect such as no paper receipt, but an email receipt is sent. Not only is this helpful, but it’s very close and proximity to where I live and Bruce is very quick and efficient which I appreciate immensely and I highly recommend their services! 😊”

When I realized my mistake and returned I was there about 5 minutes after close so I was going to have to return Monday when they reopened. What I was shipping was very fragile, expensive, and being sent from the west coast to the east coast and it got there in absolutely perfect condition. It was packed amazingly well and honestly the prices were great there. Highly recommend this place and will be going back.”

“I love this UPS so much. I usually hate dealing with shipping anything but these guys are SO efficient and SO friendly. I appreciate how quick they are and that they assist other customers in line if the person at the front is taking a long time. I am always so pleasantly surprised at my experience every time I go. A few weeks ago, they even saw that I had a package in my hand that I was taking to USPS next - and they said no worries, leave it here and we'll take it to USPS for you!!! Love all you guys that work here, 10/10 experience every time.
