“Dr. Polo and his vet tech Natalia are so professional and informative. I called and got an appointment the same day to have my cat’s eye checked, the appointment was within the hour! My cat is typically the feisty type, but he was reasonably calm with them, and they were both so gentle with him. I can’t wait to see them again for a full exam.”

“Even if you don’t read this whole review, trust, if you are looking for the BEST vet for your pet where they will be treated like a VIP (very important pet), receive the most comprehensive, compassionate care, & exceptional service (which of course all animals deserve only the very best), I HIGHLY recommend CoastView.
My 14-year-old Chihuahua Miniature Pinscher, Pawparazzi, has struggled with severe skin issues since June (hair loss, flaky skin, bacterial infection). Our previous vet was fine for routine care, but we saw no progress with these more complex issues. I found CoastView through a Facebook group, & the experience has been amazing. Being a senior dog with health concerns, the idea of a “fear-free” clinic was appealing. My husband was initially skeptical, but even he’s been impressed.
We've had two visits so far, both have been fantastic. Our vet tech, Star, is INCREDIBLE! Dr. Caitie is also AMAZING! They handle Paw with immense compassion, making sure he’s comfortable every step of the way. Star is not only kind to us but to Paw, thoroughly preparing us for Dr. Caitie, helping us communicate our concerns, & clearly explaining Paw’s meds & care tips. She’s friendly, warm, & a pleasure to work with, putting both Paw & us at ease.
Dr. Caitie is so intelligent, kind, & patient, answering every question we have. Her exams are thorough—she checks every detail, takes photos to track progress, & offers a range of treatment options that fit our budget. We always leave with a clear understanding of costs & treatment plans—no surprises. Dr. Caitie has provided symptom relief & preventive measures while we search for the root of Paw's issues.
Both Star & Dr. Caitie make us feel valued, never rushed, & we never feel like unnecessary treatments are pushed. They are knowledgeable, competent, & ethical—qualities that are reassuring when dealing with complex issues. Prices are also reasonable; it doesn’t cost much more than our previous vet, Dr. Caitie & Star also provided resources for financial support.
With our previous vet, we often left feeling uncertain. At CoastView, we leave confident that Paw is on the road to recovery & that there’s a solid plan moving forward.

Communication outside of visits is excellent. We receive appointment reminders, & Dr. Caitie follows up with detailed care plans & cost estimates. After our first visit, I even received a check-in email about Paw’s progress, with encouragement to reach out anytime before his next appointment.
As someone who’s been worried about their pet for months, the relief we’ve felt since switching to CoastView is immense. We’re thankful to have found a place where Paw is truly in good hands & on a hopeful path toward recovery. When your pet faces complex issues, it’s frustrating & heartbreaking to feel helpless. “What I really liked about this, Office is the doctor gave me an estimation before providing any services. She also made reasonable recommendations on what could wait or wasn’t real necessary just wanted to give you the option. I made the option to be conservative, I was still treated respectfully and not judged
The services were provided timely as well as the office appointment time
The staff were all very nice to my pets and even helped me out to my car with a heavy travel carrier and my 18 pound kitty.
The office as well as the exam room were very clean and had distractions for the pet.

Dr. Lueking and Beckes have both gone out of their way to ensure my dog Maggie is as comfortable as possible when getting exams, treatment, and any procedure.
I also want to give a special shoutout to tech Erica, who worked with Maggie for a very specific issue over 3 different difficult appointments. By the time we were done, I almost cried I was so thankful for the special care Erica had given my pet.

“We took our cat here for emergency. He had severe and acute cardiac issue and we believe VSH offered him accurate prognosis, best possible treatment, and attentive care. Dr. Borgman, Dr. Coberg, Alexis and all other amazing technicians demonstrated great expertise, understanding, and unwavering empathy to both us two humans and our cat. Alex and all other front desk crew provided us with all the information and help we could use.
We are absolutely devastated with the outcome, but we do not regret a single bit taking our cat here. Sometimes I cannot help but think modern science is overrated (cynical, I know) and there are still so much more we need to figure out.
Nevertheless, I believe people here try their best to save lives, and that is a sacred and most respected cause.”
