Junior was the one who explained the whole process from start to finish. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and my car is looking better than it had in years. When I picked up my car it looked as good as new. Staff is friendly, and they even have a little fridge of ice cream that you can help yourself to. What more can you ask for? I am so happy I came to this place. I highly recommend.”

“Okay, so my husband was in a real big hurry. He had me call to see if this location had specialty tool in stock. I talked to Jackie (give that girl a raise) the part was there she put it behind the counter and I told her April fools day is my second favorite holiday. So I told her to hide the tool and play hot and cold with my husband. He said before he left " I'm going to record cause l every-time I go in they never have the part or tool they said they would." So for me THIS IS PERFECT! He will already be recording, and awaiting disappointment. She messed with him for a solid 60 seconds. He got it recorded too. “The ladies at the front desk are very nice and always friendly, the service is great, but sometimes they forget to fill tire pressure to appropriate tire pressure after tire rotation, and then I have to take it to a tire shop to get them refilled. One reason I stoped asking them to do tire rotation, I just do it somewhere else, but overall great service.”

“This place is awesome. I was looking for a part and didn't have a vin number, and Brent was able to help me get the right part for a really reasonable price. It was a special order part for a 2006 GMC and had to be paid for and was here faster than I expected. When the part came in, Brent called to let me know it had arrived, and I'm so glad I got a dealership part over some aftermarket cheap junk. Miguel is awesome as well. When I picked up my part, he helped me find some other small items I needed, and they were in stock. Next time I need parts, I will for sure call these guys first to see if they can get it for me. “I've only had to use Caliber Collision three times in my life but every time that I've used them they've used Quality Parts they've stood behind their work they've completed the work when they said they would complete it and they've done it at a fair price who could ask for anything more. Maybe dealerships should take a hint maybe get a clue and not be so astronomical and people might start using them but until that happens I'm going with Caliber Collision every time I need that type of work.”
