“I am so grateful for Amer and the entire team at Euro Auto Tech! Whenever I need service, they are always readily available. Their prices are amazing, the staff is great, and they simply get the work done right. Having worked in the dealership industry for many years, I know firsthand how much it can focus strictly on profits. Euro Auto Tech is completely different. There is zero high-pressure sales tactics. They simply show you what needs to be done and let you decide. Highly recommended!”

“This shop is the best. Everything was perfect. Shop is spotless and my car was done in a very quick turnaround I especially appreciate Scott who was my service writer and kept me informed of my car being finished. No added surcharges and fees I paid what was on my invoice. So much better customer service than SD porsche I will be back each year for my service”

“I had a great experience with Sam’s Auto Doctor getting my brakes repaired. He charged a fair price, showed up on time, and kept me updated throughout the process. One of the bolts gave him trouble and wouldn’t come out, but he worked through it and still finished the job within the time he originally told me. His work was clean and professional, and he was honest and easy to communicate with from start to finish. I really appreciate that he stuck to his word and didn’t let an unexpected problem turn into a delay. I’d definitely go back to Sam for future repairs. It’s nice to find someone you can trust to do good work at a fair price!”

“I have been using Helix Auto Center for many years now. I consider them my 'go to' mechanic & auto body repairmen. I have always been treated fairly and feel respected by them, which is important as a woman, who are often preyed upon by auto repair shops. I look forward to doing business with them for many years to come.”

“This mechanic is so honest. I am going to be in the desert for a while in extreme heat and I had read online that an old serpentine belt can cause the car to break down. He was honest and told me It doesn't need to be changed and that its in good condition. I left without him taking a dollar from me. I can imagine that most will do it anyway and try to sell you unnecessary work. I will be recommending this mechanic and going to him for all my future car needs.”

“Awesome show for my plug-in EV. Check engine light came on and it is out of warranty so I didn’t want to deal with the dealership so I looked for EV repair shops and found SmarTech. Neshwan is so helpful and kind. They took my car on a Friday and called me on Monday that it was ready. Super great shop to work with.”

“Win’s auto repair has great service and the best price in town. I had a coolant leak in my Mercedes C300 and needed it repaired ASAP. Jonathan and Mark found the source of it and they replaced my coolant pipe and gasket along with an oil change that was only $120! They’re totally honest and will never make you feel ripped off. They also fixed a few minor tweaks for me with extremely fair pricing. I was recommended to him by another happy customer and I'm definitely going to be recommending him to anyone that needs car repairs!!”

“Had a great experience at Interstate Battery in La Mesa. Chan was extremely helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different battery options, gave me useful tips, and helped me choose the right battery for my vehicle instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive one. I really appreciated his straightforward advice and willingness to answer my questions. Thanks to his help, I ended up saving money and left feeling confident I made the right choice. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Highly recommend asking for Chan if you stop by.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Efficient, professional, and trustworthy—Joe’s Automotive exceeded expectations. I brought in two vehicles—a 2005 Kia Sportage and a 2018 Chevy Equinox—and they handled both with skill and care. From sourcing the right parts at a great price to completing a wide range of repairs, their service was top-notch. Work included: • Timing belt replacement • Radiator and water pump installation • Full A/C and heating system repair • New brakes and rotors • Spark plugs • Head lamp and headlight replacement Everything was done promptly and correctly. I’m impressed by their honesty, fair pricing, and the quality of their work. Highly recommend Joe’s Automotive for anyone looking for reliable auto repair in La Mesa and surrounding areas.”

“Our family has been going to La Mesa Motor clinic for over 25 years. Jim and David are the BEST! Honest, reliable, excellent quality repairs on all of our cars and truck. From simple check-ups/changing the oil to radiators, shocks, power window problems, tailgate repairs - they can do it all at a fraction of what the dealerships charge. Always a phone call if additional items are noticed and always a mention if items are approaching repair in the future. We drive 25 miles each way to his shop because we know it's worth going the extra mile to get the best - for over 25+ years!”

“Update: my experiences with Jimmy have been so exceptional that I felt the need to add to my old review. If I could add more stars I would. My family and I have come back to Jimmy with our cars multiple times since my first review, and he has always been responsive, communicative, and a offers very fair deal for the work he does. If you are hoping to find a trustworthy mechanic who treats you and your car right, give Jimmy a call. He is such a reasonable guy, I can only imagine any negative reviews were from unreasonable customers. When other local mechanics treated me like just another faceless customer, Jimmy treated me like a human being. I had another shop work on my car where they put in cheap parts which failed within months. That shop took no responsibility for their work and just told me there was a 3-month warranty on the parts so I was out of luck. Jimmy actually responded as though he cared about my situation and got me in as soon as possible and gave me a very fair deal. It seems like he may be one of the rare mechanics who genuinely cares about customer service and not just making a buck. I feel that I can trust Jimmy with my cars and will return in the future.”

“We had been told by a dealer service department that we needed new struts for $1800. We took our car to Tony. He quoted us $1000. When we took the car in to have the work done, Tony said we did not need new struts. We so appreciate his honesty!!”

“Upfront, fast turnaround, beautiful work. Freddie stayed in touch with me throughout the repair. The paint job is undetectable, can’t see that’s there’s any difference, and the work is flawless !”

“I honestly don’t even know where to start! I’m so incredibly grateful for how kind, helpful, and accommodating everyone was during my visit. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for and knew I was in good hands. I came in this morning with a leaking tire and had class shortly after, so I was a little worried about making it on time. Everyone was so understanding and did everything they could to get me taken care of quickly so I wouldn’t have to miss class. I truly appreciate how thoughtful and efficient the entire team was! I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Rob at the front desk. He was so incredibly sweet, patient, and kind, and his thoughtfulness honestly made my whole day. It’s not every day that you come across someone who is so genuinely kind and generous, and I truly appreciate the way he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I can’t recommend this place enough. You can truly tell that the people here care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Thank you so much to the entire team and especially thank you, Rob, for being so wonderful!”
