“I've only had to use Caliber Collision three times in my life but every time that I've used them they've used Quality Parts they've stood behind their work they've completed the work when they said they would complete it and they've done it at a fair price who could ask for anything more. Maybe dealerships should take a hint maybe get a clue and not be so astronomical and people might start using them but until that happens I'm going with Caliber Collision every time I need that type of work.”

“I wish I could give Claudio 6 stars. You will never find another mechanic like him. He is honest and straightforward. I took my girlfriends car to Firestone over on Lake Murray and they told me I needed a new radiator, coolant cap and one more small small thing for a 2015 Honda fit with 35k miles. How much was Firestone going to charge me? $989.93...I took my car, paid the stupid fee and found this place. Let me tell you what Claudio found wrong. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. It was an issue that's been recalled for this same reason. He didn't even charge me for checking the car, tires and engine. I will be making him a small basket for his kids and him to enjoy as a huge thank you. If you see this Claudio, again, we are truly grateful to have found your business. We will be coming back here if we ever do come across something again.”

“My 2015 Honda Odyssey was due for oil change service. I scheduled an appointment and brought my Honda in for service. A full synthetic oil and filter change was completed. Additionally they inspected brakes, belts, hoses, air filter, exterior lights, front end, rotated tires, inspected fluids and topped off as needed. I also asked them to check the front splash and zip tie it if possible. They were able to do that, however if it breaks again the part will need to be replaced. In addition, it was recommended at 100,000 miles to replace timing belt, water pump and coolant service as well as transmission fluid service if not done sooner. They also discounted parts & labor ten percent. I appreciate their prompt, excellent service and their honesty. I prefer going to Vic's Auto Repair Specialists because they do a great job, their service is courteous, and they truly care about their customers. I prefer to support small, independently owned businesses within our community.”

Popped the hood, didn’t see anything, so he cleared it, no charge.
