“Came in the make a deposit, I was helped by Erika who was beyond amazing! She went above and beyond to help me change my address and some other banking concerns regarding my sons account. When I mentioned I was moving she suggested I looked at Trulia and we found our house!! I had never heard of the app but I am so thankful that Erika took the time to offer me that suggestion which paid off! She also took the time to print out the instructions for my son to set up his online account himself. I normally never take the time to go inside but I'm thankful I did and I will do more of tern knowing Navy Federal hires people like Erika! Her customer service truly made my day! I own a salon and value how well Erika made my experience. Will be back!”

“OMG!!! CATHY IN THE LA MESA BRANCH THAT HELPS WITH LOANS IS AMAZING!!! I went in inquiring about a auto loan, and she was detailed oriented, knowledgeable, and very quick with her processing the loan info. You can actually see her mind working 10 steps ahead of your's dotting the "I's" and crossing the "T's" as your sitting there!!! Conducting business these days can be so grueling and time consuming, everyone just dreads having to do it! That's how I felt, but Cathy helped me maneuver right through the process and got me right out of there. She's a breath of fresh air, and I will continue to come back and referred her to all my friends!!!!”

“WELL I had to pick a random location because I don't know the location of the claims department that I called. So long story short Amazon.com incorrectly charged my account and put me in a bind and I read the reviews for Wells Fargo's claims department and they were pretty bad so I called them with the expectation of being treated bad, case. And point, you should never judge anyone by someone else's opinion. I do not know the gentleman's last name or what state he's in but his name is Angelo And he works in the Wells Fargo claims department and he helped me so well that he changed my perception of a entire department. He was kind, patient and positive and it is rare to find someone like that in this world. He was very knowledgeable and i felt confident that he knew what he was talking about the whole time, I hope that he reads this, or somehow he's able to see this, I don't know if someone could post this to The corporate page just so that he knows that I kept my word just like he kept his. THANK YOU ANGELO!!! Angelo should be a manager!!!!”

“I stopped by a Chase bank in the evening to withdraw some cash and used the drive-through ATM. Overall, I felt pretty safe and secure using the machine, and it was working efficiently and quickly. Additionally, the machine itself was clean and well-maintained.However, one area for improvement would be to add another drive-through. While the current drive-through was working well and wasn't too busy at the time I visited, I can imagine that it could get congested during peak hours or during busy times of the day. Adding another drive-through would help to alleviate some of the congestion and make the process even faster and more efficient.”

“I have been with this bank and brach for about 20 years. Always found the tellers pleasant and helpful. I had to go into get some copies of some statement s. Tracy was immediately helpful. She called me over, heard my problem and fixed it in a short period of time. I also needed an ATM replacement card. She took care of that and told me when I would receive it. Thanks Tracy for a pleasant and efficient time at your bank.”
“5 stars for the tellers at this branch. Friendly and knowledgeable, and, best of all, at this branch you know you will be helped by people who honor substance rather than form. You don't have to deal with people who will tell you you have to strictly comply with page 503 subsection c. of the 1889 bank user manual before you can get your money. I've enjoyed dealing at this branch for decades.”

“I love that this location is still open on Saturday. Yes there may be a line but they are as efficient as they can be. Just because you think it should only be 5 minutes per person for customer service that is not the case. Especially when they only have a few tellers open. Still the best location because they are 1of 2 San Diego Wells Fargo’s that are open on Saturday.”
