“Signing up for an account is super fast online and you can even go into the branch and get your debit card right away instead of having to wait for it to arrive via snail mail. I visited this Branch to get my debit card. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. They have a simple, convenient app for all your online banking needs.”

“The LA MESA BRANCH is literally the best branch.
Today the most HANDSOME teller helped me set up my card to Samsung pay. Ive been struggling to set it up for months now because im the least bit tech savvy. But went above & beyond doing it for Lil ol me 🫶🏾
Everytime im in there (Fridays) they always greet me with kindness & the handsome one is always a delight 😊

“Always have good experiences with this branch over the years. Just the other day I went with a bunch of things to do, and Calvin was so fast and professional in processing things. He asked follow-up questions about what I was doing, which helped me make better decisions, and didn't push anything. People there are friendly and pleasant. NFUC needs to make sure they keep this up, it's so cool.”

“Though I think this is my home bank. Not necessarily my favorite. Because the lines are always three or four people deep, but it takes a long time for them to finish each transaction.I'm sure if you compare them to their sister, branch and national city.You will see that they are a lot slower.But maybe that's just because they're friendlier, and like to have long conversations, even though there's two tellers usually available, there's about ten people on the floor who don't seem to jump into the windows to help customers.When the line gives longer, when the line is about seven or eight, all the way till twelve people deep.There's just still two tellers.”

“WELL I had to pick a random location because I don't know the location of the claims department that I called. So long story short Amazon.com incorrectly charged my account and put me in a bind and I read the reviews for Wells Fargo's claims department and they were pretty bad so I called them with the expectation of being treated bad, case. And point, you should never judge anyone by someone else's opinion. I do not know the gentleman's last name or what state he's in but his name is Angelo And he works in the Wells Fargo claims department and he helped me so well that he changed my perception of a entire department. He was kind, patient and positive and it is rare to find someone like that in this world. He was very knowledgeable and i felt confident that he knew what he was talking about the whole time, I hope that he reads this, or somehow he's able to see this, I don't know if someone could post this to The corporate page just so that he knows that I kept my word just like he kept his. THANK YOU ANGELO!!! Angelo should be a manager!!!!”

“I needed to open an account last minute for something to do with my child’s disability. Went to my normal bank that I’ve had since 2007 and they brushed me off and said they couldn’t help same day. California Bank & Trust was in the same parking lot so I gave it a shot. I explained the situation and the banker squeezed me in and helped me the special kind of account my son needed. They even offered my son a plushie to keep him calm. I have since gone back to the bank to withdraw and Rose (might be Rosie, I’m horrible with names) remembered me and was so kind. I feel very welcome and taken care of and would recommend to anyone.”

“5 stars for the tellers at this branch. Friendly and knowledgeable, and, best of all, at this branch you know you will be helped by people who honor substance rather than form. You don't have to deal with people who will tell you you have to strictly comply with page 503 subsection c. of the 1889 bank user manual before you can get your money. I've enjoyed dealing at this branch for decades.”
