They immediately found the issue (stick of ram was not inserted properly) and were kind enough to explain how some of the components work. Gave me advice on updating and offered, without pressuring me, to have them do the updating for a very reasonable fee and timeframe. I declined but was very satisfied with the level of expertise and friendliness of their staff. I would highly recommend coming here!”

“I brought my gaming laptop in due to a boot error. OS was completely corrupted. The technician, Darien was able to fix it. He put on new thermal paste, dusted out the laptop, backed up and restored my data, and reinstalled a clean copy of windows. He also sold me a 1TB Samsung T7 External SSD. Absolutely fantastic service all-around. I highly recommend these guys - they're friendly, professional, knowledgable and experienced. “Under promised, over delivered! I decided that printing a few hundred pages of a download digital operating handbook was too tedious and time consuming task than worth my limited time. On a whim I hit up Google as to whether or not there was a place in which I could upload the manual , have it printed for me and pick up in person. I landed on Office Depot and that was a business blessing in disguise! The process was simple, easy and seamless. Within minutes my manual was uploaded, order paid for and a confirmation that my order would be ready on Monday (in two days). The amazing team at my local Office Depot apparently tackled my order as soon as they came in on Sunday morning and I received a "ready for pick up" notification at 11:28 a.m. WOW, what a great turnaround time. Additionally, the print and paper quality, along with the binding, by far exceeded my expectations. Great job Office Depot team!”

“I recently purchased the EB1T from Magma and couldn't be happier with the product and the service. I'm using it to house a Universal Audio UAD2 Octo card with my MacBook Pro - this chassis was actually recommended to me by the Universal Audio rep. I ordered mine fairly early on in the production so they were still built to order. Nate in the sales department called me as soon as it was ready and since I live in San Diego where Magma is located I drove up there to pick it up. Nate was professional and friendly throughout the whole process. When I arrived to pick up the chassis I was offered a tour of the facility... Which was really cool. During the tour I meet Ariel who is the head of support and he personally walked me through all the features of my EB1T. Although I've only had the chassis for a couple months I have to say my experience with Magma has been fantastic. As soon as I get my Pro Tools HDX card I'll be upgrading to the EB3T. Rock on guys!”

He was so patient and kind to a senior woman seeking help with her phone. He also made sure I was attended right away when he noticed that I had been waiting for over 30 min past my appt time.
My general recommendation to this store is to allow more time in between appts so that people don’t have to wait so long. There’s no point in scheduling an app if customers still have to wait over 20 min to be seen.”

I live in North Park and had such a phenomenally good experience over the course of several days with Ian and Mike (the sales manager) that I will drive there from now on. Both were highly competent and professional, What really lifted them way above and beyond was their sincere friendliness and cheerful willingness to bend over backwards to make sure I and other customers have an outstanding experience.
Mike and Ian are reopening the store after renovations from the fire. These guys deserve all the business you can bring them.
BTW, Mike said of Ian that if he had four more Ian’s, he could put his competitors out of business. I believe him.”
