As for the XE295 itself—it’s a powerhouse. I’m especially impressed with the sleek black finish, the Bluetooth connectivity, and the built‑in console fan, which is a surprisingly great touch during longer sessions.

“I had an emergency and needed help. Shannon, office manager at the National City, CA store, (3430 Highland Ave National City, CA 91950
United States) helped me when the other store, Ross next to Office Depot, wouldn’t. Ross Store decided not to show understanding and kindness towards me. I had spent thousands in that store, Ross for years and have been a long time customer. They would not understand that I just needed quick help to get my phone working again because it died and I had my cord to get it working again. I just needed to get it turned on so I can use the Lyft App to get myself home. I understand there are rules however each situation needs to be analyze and sometimes there should be an exception to the rule. I have a lot of medical issues including that I’m diabetic which Shannon was not aware of. She offered kindness while others did not at the Ross Store. I asked to talk to the manager and supervisor of Ross and they just said no, we can’t help you. Shannon on the other hand was accommodating and helped me to get my phone to work and Val the person at the cashier talked with me until Lyft arrived to take me home. Shannon offered me water because I was so stressed about what all transpired that day. It was a long day and I told Shannon what had happened to me and I’m glad she was kind to help me. Please recognize Shannon as well as Val for helping me when I needed the kindness and understanding that I was looking for. Please tell them both Thank you and appreciated them both very much.”

“I recently purchased the EB1T from Magma and couldn't be happier with the product and the service. I'm using it to house a Universal Audio UAD2 Octo card with my MacBook Pro - this chassis was actually recommended to me by the Universal Audio rep. I ordered mine fairly early on in the production so they were still built to order. Nate in the sales department called me as soon as it was ready and since I live in San Diego where Magma is located I drove up there to pick it up. Nate was professional and friendly throughout the whole process. When I arrived to pick up the chassis I was offered a tour of the facility... Which was really cool. During the tour I meet Ariel who is the head of support and he personally walked me through all the features of my EB1T. Although I've only had the chassis for a couple months I have to say my experience with Magma has been fantastic. As soon as I get my Pro Tools HDX card I'll be upgrading to the EB3T. Rock on guys!”
