There was a hiccup with my doctor's lab order, easily resolved with the help of the guy who drew my blood. I go as a walk-in, because I cannot get a timely appointment online. Works for me.

While it was quite busy, I was able to be seen a bit early before my appointment. The person who took care of me was very nice and polite and stuck me good.i didn’t even feel the needle go in.
