The store provides a great experience both online and in store, with online ordering described as easy and quick. Orders are processed and ready very quickly. Many find the employees very nice, very helpful, and kind, noting amazing customer service and positivity during shopping visits. People are generally helpful, and the store has good products, with great coupons and good sales each week. The in-store pickup is self service and could not be easier with no waiting. It is recommended to download coupons before going into the store. While some note that coupons from another store work better, Michaels remains a great store with great employees and great customer service, definitely worth coming back to.
Had to find a box of pastel chalks for art classes. Got the last box with 36 options. Didn't have my medium gray tone art paper size 18x24. Still looking.

Always have everything in need. The floor plan is huge so it's never tol crowded in the aisles and you don't feel like your in other customers way all the time
