“I drive across town to use this pharmacy even though there's a CVS within walking distance. One of my Rx's was written to be filled by a certain manufacturer, as it is the preferred generic. Medical Arts would order it for a few other customers and myself whereas the bigger pharmacies would not even consider doing so. The folks there have always been nice and it seems there is a more personal touch with them as an independent pharmacy. I took off one star because they would not honor coupons such as GoodRx, in the event insurance denied coverage. In that case their cash price was considerably higher than competitors who did accept coupons. But overall a great company.”

Her name is CRYSTAL, Thank you so very much for ur help , on looking things up and helping me with all of my questions with such a WONDERFUL ATTITUDE AND ALSO SWEET!!! I really wish I could write more reviews but I guess I'll have to just add on to my previous. Lol Well my Doctor referred me for a few medications here and there was actually a medication that I was Paying around $60 bucks and that can add up. Well the girl named MARIA asked me if I had any insurance well she said that she could run it through my medical and honestly I didnt believe her because CVS was having me pay $60 bucks ,she said nope it went through and she explained that some times u have to put a lil more effort and they dnt do that at CVS well I'm so thankful for MS.MARIA because she really made a difference and I was so happy with the service I switched all my medications to VILLAGE ROSE PHARMACY!!! AND CVS LOST A CUSTOMER!!! ONCE AGAIN THANK U MARIA ?”

“In general there are good pharmacy you can actually get a human being on the phone. However their delivery service is swamped. They're supposed to deliver same-day delivery but I'm finding that I have to wait till the next day or at least 24 hours before a delivery is made. This makes me sit around at the house when I could be out doing things. If the situation improves, I'll bring your rating up. From now on I'm picking up my prescriptions. the people are very nice but they're also very busy driving around. They will let someone else in your house take your prescription for you as long as you can trust them.”

“Wow, all I can say is I am so grateful to have found this wonderful and compassionate pharmacy. Hector the owner is an absolute angel of a doctor/pharmacist!I called them on a Friday before a holiday weekend. I’m sure he could hear the stress in my voice as I asked him if they carried my medication. This is after going through a whirlwind of issues with cvs.Hector not only calmed my nerves but also told me he would be happy to take me on as a customer . “From the front entrance of the hospital, it's an elevator ride to the basement, and then a long walk to the opposite side of the building, where the little window to the pharmacy pick up and consult is located there are plenty of bathrooms to be found. All very clean and well stocked, and a cafeteria while you wait for your meds. There is a sitting area just by the pharmacy window. The staff were pleasant. I waited maybe 20 minutes and only saw three other people come to the window. Over all, a good experience. Why not five stars? It is buried in the building, and I thought it could be more easily accessible on the entry floor.”
