I had to get some lab work done for my doctor and work creating an appointment was a seamless process. Raquel was so nice and understanding, she asked me was I ok during the blood draw. I'd recommend them to anyone who is looking for an east county location with parking.

The only tough part about this location is that it's hard to find like being lost in a maze. I went around the building 3-4 times trying to locate it. No sign mentioned it inside the building. Parking is enough but a little far. Fast check in and short wait time, around 15 minutes.

This place is horrible. I’ve had to go multiple times for my kids over the last 10 years and are beyond disappointed each visit. There is no one staffing the desk so you just wait in a room for any staff member to show up. I just had to pick up supplies for lab work and the staff member was clearly irritated. I told her I had 2 orders, showed her both orders, she looked at the second order closer, got the supplies and handed it to me. I asked her if it was for both labs and she said I only showed her one. She got the supplies and I left with my by then upset 2 year old assuming there were instructions in the bag. There were not. Now I’m sitting at home trying to figure out what to do with these tubes and vials. I tried calling quest for instructions, but take a wild guess what happened. Nothing. Yep, no answer.

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. I waited 2 hours and ended up leaving. I was fasting and started to feel very lightheaded. Everyone with an appointment was waiting HOURS. Extremely unprofessional, they only had 1 worker there.

Came in with a prepared specimen that is time sensitive and was asked to sit and wait just so someone could grab from me so I could get on with my day. All quest diagnostics locations are garbage and staff at this location are too busy gabbing amongst themselves while they have a full waiting room .

Had to do a drug screening for a job and the people here are terrible. As soon as I walk in I get asked if I have an appointment, I replied no, the girl in the front just looks at me and says: "Don't bother checking in." I came to this location because on the website started walk-ins are welcome. Not so welcoming according to the staff here. Just like the girl said it me... don't brother going here if you're a walk-in.

Had an appointment at 9:30, still haven't been helped at 10:30. Very slow. There is no front desk person. Very understaffed. If you need help you have to wait for someone to get done drawing blood, and then hope they stop at the desk. After waiting 45 minutes, I was told this sample needs to be taken after 1pm. No such time is on my paperwork.

Had to get some blood work done and had an appointment. Got seen a few minutes early and lab tech was fast, friendly, and efficient. Didn't like that you have to use a kiosk to check in and have your ID and insurance card scanned. I had a question and no one is out front to assist you. Still professional facilities and didn't mind going.

Please do not go to this location. Me and my daughter went in for a blood draw fasting waited three hours and we had an appointment. The lady was extremely rude. No communication whatsoever.

Quest Lab on Fletcher is the worst lab with no customer service even if you have appointment. The phlebotomist was so condescending when I asked her how long the wait was even though we had an appointment. there was two other phlebotomist in the back doing who knows what they said training but the waiting room was full of people. You would think they would come out and start taking patients out until I got up and said how long was the wait. No apology whatsoever because they were running behind but of course they canceled this lady's appointment because she was five minutes late for her appointment and they told her to wait as a walk-in. She had been waiting for an hour and a half when I left.

DON’T COME HERE!!!!! 0 starsOld lady Kimberly if I’m not wrong she was with a bad actitud. Wait time it was more than 3 hours. Very disappointed no one help or give you any advice in the first 2 hours that they where behind on the appointments, worst service ever. After 2 hours Kimberly step out saying if someone wants to leave you can leave because we are behind, we close at 4pm and I have a new technician that has been here just for a month! HORRIBLEEEEEEE! at least get nice technicians if we are going to let us wait that long. Oh I forgot she said she put a sing on the door saying No walkings and then an other technician came in she was the only nice person there came in and removed that paper from the door.

As a nurse please don’t go here.I normally go to the Garfield location which I highly recommend! I go about once/twice a week. They didn’t have any openings today and needed it done and went here.First off, Kimmy,CPT said my name wrong. Cool that’s fine happens all the time. Then she made a comment about me wearing a onsie. I’m severely anemic due to possible cancer and I get severely cold even if it’s 75 degrees outside. I have layers under this onsie I’m wearing. Fine okay I brushed it off.I pulled up my sleeve and everything is going fine UNTIL SHE TRIED TO STICK ME! This lady used the largest needle they had. Instantly my jerked. Then she was like “do you want to complete this or just leave?” Seriously this is how you talk to patients? No let’s try another arm, no nothing. No customer service. Either you staying or you leaving. Then I told her she shouldn’t be using the biggest needle they have and tried to say it’s the smallest needle they had. I know my needles. I told her why would I leave you barely made an attempt. She was like you have 4 tubes to fill and you moved your arm. I didn’t moved it, it was a reflex of you messing up. I asked her do you need to try the other arm. Then she replied back saying do you wanna try another arm? Maaaaaam you are the technician, do you wanna try another arm or what? Do you need a moment to breathe? Y’all just opened. I told her I never had any issues in the last 8 weeks where I have blood taken once or twice a week. This lady is reckless.

Make an appointment. If you are a walk-in, just go home. They say they take walk-ins, but they literally only take them when there are ZERO appointments waiting. So, if someone walks in with an appointment in 5 minutes, they will take them over the walk-in that has been waiting 2 hours. I was “next in line” for over an hour, waited a total of 2 hours to be seen with only 1 walk-in ahead of me.

Waited an hour and a half and finally just made an appointment for another day. They weren’t even serving the walk ins . They were only helping the people with appointments.
