He would never ask me to get anything done that isn’t necessary. As a young woman, I always feel people would rip me off but I never have to give it a second thought with Claudio.

“I had to stop into this location as I had an unexpected flat while visiting the area. The staff were obviously very overbooked (especially with it being the weekend before thanksgiving) but were still incredibly understanding, helpful, and courteous to all of the people in line needing assistance. I was quoted around 1.5-2 hours for them to even look at my car which was extremely understandable especially since I didn’t have an appointment and really just walked in to plead my case since I was stranded til they could look at my tire. They were able to repair the hole causing the flat and stayed late just to ensure my car was tended to before the day was done. I’m incredibly grateful that I was able to stop here for help and they were so kind while doing so.”
