“Great shop to work with. They offer deals and price match. Ask about coupons. They talk through repairs, needs and budget. Don't be afraid to ask questions or do your own research so you can educate yourself (AI is great for that). They are a no brainer for basic stuff like oil changes, tires, alignment, brakes, etc.
Food within walking distance. Snack vending machine inside shop. Coffee. I usually drop off since they can get busy.”
“been coming to see anthony for years , him, and his crew have always taken care of my car for all services. They are very professional family business, I recommend anyone to come to business here.”

“I messaged Brian about two wheels that needed to be repaired on a Maserati ASAP. He got back to me right away. He didn’t have the specific color, but he worked with me the entire day recommending people to make sure I can get my wheels done in time and I did. What a guy! Wheels turned out great and saved me a bunch of money. Highly recommend Brian!”
“Los Reyes Tire Shop in El Cajon came through for us when we had a tire come apart on our trailer on a Friday evening. They got us 4 new trailer tires and back on the road in just 30 minutes! The service was friendly, fast, and professional, and the prices were even better. We really appreciate supporting a family-owned business that takes care of its customers. Highly recommend Los Reyes Tire Shop!”
“Jason Respicio and the entire Team Mazda El Cajon team were fantastic during our recent purchase of a CPO Mazda CX-90 PHEV.
They were straight forward and transparent in all their dealings. My wife and I were given a clean out the door price before we even asked. There no markup games or other silliness. Just a smooth and easy transaction.
Head to Team Mazda El Cajon if you want a great car at a great price and you value your time. They will take care of you!”
“I had been dealing with my car swaying for months, and everywhere I went I was told it was an alignment issue. Over the past year, I was told I had control arms replaced, had two alignments done, went through four tires, and even replaced all my struts and shocks—yet the car still didn’t drive properly. I took it to two different places, including the dealership, and no one could actually pinpoint or fix the problem.
I found Carlo on a whim while looking for yet another alignment after replacing my front tires for the third time in less than a year. After having my car for about an hour, Carlo called me and explained exactly what was wrong. It turned out my control arms were completely shot—the same ones I had already paid to have replaced elsewhere.
Carlo was able to fix everything, along with additional work (rear brakes, bushings, and an oil change), all within 24 hours. My car now drives perfectly.
I highly recommend bringing your car here for any repairs. The customer service and communication were excellent, and Carlo truly delivered. Thank you!”
“They were happy to remove a nail and repair one of my Ford truck's tires, after my Ford dealer claimed they were prevented from doing so by 'regulations'. As always, a great experience at Discount Tire Company.”
“Alex was great! I came in to see about getting a towing system for the front of my Jeep. He let me know that I needed to replace my bumper, and gave me a few places to look for one. Everyone was nice. I will be back for anything else I need from 4 Wheel Parts in El Cajon!”
“The service was top notch!!! Had a flat early this morning and found that they were open on Sunday, got in before they opened and was helped right away. Great price and even greater service.”

“I've always received excellent service here. I had a new water pump installed same day service. Very knowledgeable staff. I'll return for service down the road. Just returned for engine running rough. Carlos and team did quick diagnostic, determined the problem, and got me repaired and back on the road. Running great.”
“It was my first service at West Automotive, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I have been looking for a place to get my truck serviced that is honest, reasonable, and not feel like I got ripped off. The price might have been a bit more but feel much better knowing that they will take great care of us in the future.”
“I had an appointment for tire rotation. I was greeted, checked in and quoted 30 minutes for the wait. I only waited 16 minutes and my car was done!! They were all professional and friendly. I overheard a man getting testy with one employee for no reason and the employee kept his cool. The man realized he was being rude and actually apologized. People that work in service are doing their best. The public needs to treat them better!! Yay Discount Tire employees! You Rick!!!”
“I really like the customer service at this location and I really like the time frame of being in and out for an oil change and I also like the pricing for a reasonable synthetic oil change.”
“Great service experience for an emissions test! They squeezed me in at the end of their day, got the test done, and automatically submitted to the state. They made it easy and quick.”

Kevin was very helpful and patient in answering all my questions, and Bashar and Cody made sure everything went smoothly. I never felt pressured, and I truly appreciate how they treated me throughout the whole process.
