The employee who assisted me seemed to have poor knowledge of the transaction I requested. Instead of asking for assistance she was rude and very unhelpful. I will withdraw my money from this institution due to poor customer service.

Terrible public relations. What has happened to my USECU? If I didn't have my Heloc with them already, I would pull out all my money and go to another institution. Rude and unprofessional. Thank goodness I don't have to go into that office again.
