“We had our engagement party here, and from the very first day we met Suha, she was incredibly helpful and supportive. She went above and beyond for us, answering late-night calls and messages and helping with every little detail to make sure our event was perfect. Charcoal House is truly lucky to have someone like her. She treated our party as if it were her own and was always patient, kind, and accommodating no matter how many questions we had.
The food was amazing, all of our guests loved it, and the service was exceptional as well. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and overall it was such an amazing experience and a beautiful celebration.”

“Very well run, nice hotel with excellent customer service and a banging free breakfast! Only downside is that the location isn't very walkable, BUT there is a gas station and Mexican restaurant right next door, a bar and a couple other restaurants less than a block away, and lots of shopping within a mile.”

“I coordinated a babyshower at this venue & was grateful how everything came together. They include tables & chairs which is wonderful & one less thing to plan for. Staff/management took care of my needs & was present the day of for finishing touches. I received my damage deposit in full due to tidying up after the event. A great venue with plenty of parking!”
“We had our daughter's wedding at this venue, and it was perfect. If you are looking to have something with around 100 people I definitely recommend. Owners were very easy to work with. Having the kitchen separate from the event room was a plus. I will be coming back next time I have an event.”

“Our daughter has done gymnastics here for almost 2 years now. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It's always a good time. Nice areas around to walk and get a good workout. Grass, hills, stairs, etc.”
