“I brought my 9 year old here today to get her ears pierced, she'd been asking for awhile but going to Claire's and having a 16 year old come at her with an ear gun of questionable cleanliness wasn't really appealing to me. The whole team at Enhancery was so sweet and welcoming, they gave her a stuffed animal to hold and explained the process really well. She was nervous but everyone put her at ease and the earrings look great! No loud gun to startle you and the jewelry is much higher quality than what you get from chain stores. I highly recommend them for kids ear piercing!”

“We came to Liz after several small diamonds had fallen out of the halo on my engagement ring multiple times, and the previous jeweler wasn't as helpful as we would have liked. Liz had a different approach and was very helpful and thoughtful in handling the issue. Whereas with our previous jeweler, we had to ship the ring and wait for repairs/shipment back to us (which took several weeks), Liz was great to meet with in person and had the repairs done within a week to be picked up. She also gave me education on the care of my ring/structure of my ring that I hadn't been given before from previous jewelers. We love Liz's personal approach and will be back for future jewelry purchases!”

Definitely has earned my business for all my other watches that will be due for servicing. Very friendly, invited me behind the counter to watch the timing machine after he adjusted it to show the improved accuracy. I also saw certificates on the wall that he is certified by Omega and Swatch group (owns Omega and other high end Swiss brands) so Mr. Yung is the real deal! “My husband and I have been visiting, and occasionally purchasing from, this store for about 5 years now. It just moved locations within the Fashion Valley mall, but is still on the main floor, located right next to Kendra Scott. The staff are always so nice and friendly. This is actually the place where we learned all about engagement rings and what to look for when purchasing one; one of the sales associates took the time to educate us and it was very informative. I also come here periodically to get my rings cleaned (I get lifetime ring cleanings since I'm a customer) and everyone who helps me is great. My husband purchased my engagement ring and wedding gift here, we got our wedding bands here, and I've bought my goddaughter's baptism jewelry here. It's safe to say that we love this jeweler!”
