“I just went to this shop today for the first time to get batteries for 4 different watches. Was greeted by the friendliest staff. I had some rare and unique watches and they explained to me that they were able to fix all of them. They are super knowledgeable on all types of watches and were able to tell me the estimated cost for the whole job before I left the store. It only took them 1 hour to get this all done and the price for all four was super reasonable. I am so glad I found this place as I have a lot of watches and this will be my goto place from now on with any jewelry or watch repairs!!”

Contacted the boutique and spoke with Gabriel midweek for availability and have it reserve for a weekend pick up. He was courteous during my phone interaction.
We mentioned that we’re picking it up on Saturday but did not make an appointment for a specific time. Visited the shop right after opening but Gabriel wasn’t available so we decided to check other stores hoping he’ll be available after 30-45 mins since he was the one I talked to first but he wasn’t available still.
Kelly was so nice to help us even without an appointment. Breitling Boutique San Diego is lucky to have her. Her knowledge about the watch and professionalism was evident from start to finish.
