She was able to get it and after a few days, the check engine light was gone and her car’s working fine. “I bought a 2016 used Volvo truck from Penske. I had the NTP warranty. I had transmission problems that almost put me out of business. As of now, I am a one man show and with current freight rates, I was in trouble. Any how, I took my truck to TEC Equipment in La Mirada and they told me about the transmission problem. the problem was even bigger than expected, there was a national back order and I would have had to wait over a month and face certain shut down. Eric Stanton, The Director of Service Operations was very helpful. Eric Stanton recognized that I was a hard working one man show and went above and beyond to help me. Eric made a few phone calls and located the part I needed that was on back order and got me in and out of the shop in 1 week. I highly recommend TEC Equipment in La Mirada and Eric Stanton is my guy now! My lesson learned is to only buy from Volvo. So next time I buy a truck, I am gong to stay on the winning horse and call TEC La Mirada where I know I am in competent hands.”
