“Wonderful service and very kind people at Union de Tula Lawnmower Repair! Cruz and Nacho are very knowledgeable and pleasant folks. We had our mower in for its annual spring service, including blade sharpening. Union de Tula performed the work very well and quickly, and even helped us place the lawnmower into the back of our truck for its trip home. Our lawnmower is running stronger than ever! We will be back again next year. I encourage you to try out this business. I think you will be very pleased!”
“It was pretty cool. They just went to an auto show so they didn't have much to offer for me, but a woman there helped me out with my car about my suspension. I was hoping to drop a whole lot of money today on new car parts but the T2 for my car weren't in stock due to the auto show. “I bought a 2016 used Volvo truck from Penske. I had the NTP warranty. I had transmission problems that almost put me out of business. As of now, I am a one man show and with current freight rates, I was in trouble. Any how, I took my truck to TEC Equipment in La Mirada and they told me about the transmission problem. the problem was even bigger than expected, there was a national back order and I would have had to wait over a month and face certain shut down. Eric Stanton, The Director of Service Operations was very helpful. Eric Stanton recognized that I was a hard working one man show and went above and beyond to help me. Eric made a few phone calls and located the part I needed that was on back order and got me in and out of the shop in 1 week. I highly recommend TEC Equipment in La Mirada and Eric Stanton is my guy now! My lesson learned is to only buy from Volvo. So next time I buy a truck, I am gong to stay on the winning horse and call TEC La Mirada where I know I am in competent hands.”
