“We had a steering column that was loose and unsafe to drive. After watching several YouTube videos, we thought it might be simpler to remove the steering column ourselves rather than attempt an in-place repair. However, after watching the repairman complete the job in about 45 minutes—something we were certain would have taken us two full days—we quickly realized we made the right decision.
The job involved numerous small plastic components, some of which we likely would have broken while trying to remove them, and then struggled to reinstall correctly. The technician not only disassembled and reassembled everything efficiently, but also identified and replaced a few broken plastic components along the way.
The repair was absolutely worth the drive, the cost, and—most importantly—the peace of mind. It saved us a great deal of frustration and ensured the job was done safely and correctly.”

“I had an outstanding experience with this shop and highly recommend ProColor Collision. They came recommended from my Mazda dealer, as they are Mazda certified. That gave me a boost of confidence from the get-go.
My car had bumper damage after being hit in a parking lot, and the team did an absolutely flawless repair. During the process, they also discovered that my quarter panels had been repainted previously using an incorrect 1-step paint process instead of Mazda’s proper 3-step finish for my Soul Red Crystal Metallic, which explained why the color had always been slightly off.
They went above and beyond by refinishing and repainting the quarter panels correctly so everything matched the factory specs. The result is incredible — the paint match is perfect and my car looks amazing.
The technicians clearly take pride in their work, and the quality really shows.
Michael and Andrew were fantastic to work with. They kept me informed every step of the way and did a great job explaining both the repair process and how everything worked with the insurance claim, which made the whole experience much easier.
Was also happy to hear about the lifetime guarantee. Obviously, they back their high-level quality work should something arise. However, I don't foresee that happening.

“I got hit last week and there was an opening immediately at Caliber Collision Orange. I was already stressed about the insurance claim, police report, and repairs. But CC made it so easy and seamless. Rolando immediately spotted every scratch and even minor mark on my car without me even having to explain all my concerns beforehand. Explained to me how they would fix it and let me know I could text at any time for an update and he personally would be responding from the other line. My car was ready in a week. When picking up my car, Rolando was unavailable but Brent helped me check out my repairs and explained what was done. He was super kind and even ran back into the office to grab me some waters to-go since it was suuuper hot outside. My experience here was great and I would definitely recommend them.”

“Jasmine and her crew were AMAZING!! My new 2026 Tahoe Z71 was hit back in January. I called the Chevy dealer for a recommendation and they told me this body shop is who they send other people to. From the moment I called Jasmine I experience the very best Customer Service I have ever received from any auto body shop. When I called her, she was on the other line with another client. She had asked me if she could call me back so she could give me her full attention and answer all the questions that I had regarding upcoming repairs. She did just that! I scheduled a day to come in. She had already worked with the insurance company and had a rental set up and waiting for me. My whole experience throughout the repairs was nothing more than high-end customer service satisfaction! To top it off when I went to the shop to make sure we were happy with the color matching (I have an unusual new color of vehicle) we got to play with her fur baby, who was absolutely exquisite. Jasmine, her husband and her sister and everyone in the shop makes you feel like family; not just a client. I also found out that they do much more than just repair cars. They also do tent and upholstery work. Well, I hope I never have to use her again for an automobile accident. I highly recommend this shop for any auto body needs that you may have! Honestly, I think I would go back just to play with the fur baby too! ☺️”
