Had a lovely experience here. The pharmacist was a savior who got my insulin processed through my insurance quick! Was out of there in less than 30 minutes! 10/10 would come again.

Stopped in for just a candle. Check out was confusing. Self checkout, only one machine was operating and it wouldn't take cash and the line was pretty long.

This review does not speak to CVS as a whole but rather, this particular store. I think we can all agree a business is only as good as its management team. I can certainly speak for my neighborhood at saying how excited we were when we found out this CVS was being opened about a year ago. It’s very convenient and is a trusted name when it comes to healthcare and pharmacy needs. Unfortunately, this particular location has had its share of disappointments. Our family changed pharmacies the first of the year and CVS was the preferred pharmacy. Being that it was convenient, we thought this would be the perfect partnership for handling our prescription and health care needs. It’s been anything but that. We’ve had nothing but problems every month processing insurance and when it comes to transferring prescriptions it’s taken weeks to sort through the miss management of paperwork and get things squared away. They are messing with peoples health and don’t seem to care about the customer and leaves them hanging time and time again. After six months and no improvement clearlyThere is an issue with management and how they run their facility. I will be taking my business to another CVS that’s not as convenient but is thorough and definitely cares for the customer.

Poor service. After referrals & $ made for these well-known companies, they do little nothing after a while to express their appreciation for customers.
