La Mirada Church is where families come to find hope and community focused on the truth and love of Jesus Christ. The church is under new leadership and has been renewed. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and you will feel warmly welcomed and at home. The pastors are wonderful and the congregation is a friendly group of people from different cultures and ages. Teaching is verse-by-verse through the Bible. Pastor Joe preaches from the Bible verse by verse and has a dynamic way of sharing truth in God's word. Worship is meaningful and from the heart, lifting hearts to God alone with epic music weekly. Fellowship is genuine. This is a family church with something for everyone. Mid-week groups include Youth, Young Adults, and Men's and Women's Bible studies. The Youth and Children's Ministries are very active, and the kids and youth have a great time while learning God's word. The Women's Ministry Bible studies are a place to dig into the Bible with a great group of ladies. Men's Bible study meets on campus mid-week. This a a great church for young families! I really like that my kids were together for Sunday school. They have since made many friends and we love the family events that this church group offers. Pastor Joe is an excellent preacher and very relatable.

We love this church! The sermon given by Pastor Joe Barsha was thought provoking and encouraging to our faith. The praise music was wonderful!
