“ANDREA is an expert ... and so is some others, maybe. But Andrea is patient and more, she knows how to explain to a senior guy, like me, who is clueless to the new tech, in a way that I can understand. She took time to assist me log in on the computer. She gave me options how I can access and print my stuff.
A lady came in and was being assisted by another. When she left she greeted Andrea by name. To me, this shows that Andrea has a personable client service which make them remember her.

“Came into the store on July 22 at around 1:20 PM to return some Verizon equipment and the two gentlemen that were there were amazing very helpful and kind! The representative that helped me was able to figure out a mailing address that I needed because Verizon wasn’t helpful but he was able to figure it out fast and efficiently. They were also very kind and offered my kids some stickers. These two gentlemen deserve a raise for their awesome customer service!!!”
