“I just have to take a minute to sing the praises of this small business! My family had two deaths recently, one a month after the other. My husband went to the Copier Outlet to have some inserts printed for his grandmother's obituaries, and also to have some old photos of her blown up to poster size. They came out great! A month after that, my mother in law passed away suddenly. With the task of planning a memorial service, we once again returned to Copier Outlet to print out obituaries, and blow up pics of my mother in law. With all of the stress of getting everything together for the service, my husband forgot to go pick up our order on a Friday, for our service on Saturday. We didn't realize until after 6pm on Friday that the obituaries and photos hadn't been picked up, and that they were closed until Monday. We had a meltdown. After some tears and frustration, my husband sent an email to ask if anyone could meet us Saturday morning to arrange a pickup. (I didn't know he did this) On Saturday morning, I drove by the shop to get the email address, and did the same...sent an email on a hope and prayer, asking if we could arrange a pickup before noon that day, as the service was at 4pm in Palos Verdes. Well, someone saw our emails, and responded to both of us, and I was able to pick up our order later that morning. A million thanks to Copier Outlet and the young man who met me there that morning on his day off to get our order picked up. I would definitely recommend them again and again!”
