“Awesome service from Rene. My car did not store the error code for some reason, he was able to brainstorm with me and had suggested it sounded like a water pump issue.
On my way home I threw another code (water pump) he was more accurate than the computer was.
He communicated the steps and options clearly, and helped me understand everything.

“Stephen and Joseph saved my bacon! I was having problems with my old 12v battery and brought it in for a check. Stephen pointed out that 10 years was overdue for a battery change and he was right. I brought it in the next day and, when I tried to disconnect the connector around the negative terminal, the terminal post snapped off. Joseph helped me out with a spray acid corrosion foam spray that helped me get the connector off. Then he tracked down the right battery for me and ordered it in. I picked up the replacement battery today, and after a bit of installation, my car was back to humming along like it used to! Many thanks, Stephen and Joseph!”
“This guys are good. I brought back a battery that died and I couldn't find the receipt. I called and they say I do t need it and they can check it with the battery label. It turns out that my battery was still under warranty and the gave me a prorated price to get a new battery. Thank again for keeping your warranty promise.”

“A friend told me about this place, his company buy all their batteries there. I had a scary moment, when my car would not start. The jump made it more worst, check engine light came on, all the power brakes on car would not move, said take car to dealer. This is a 2021 corolla my second battery, the battery the dealer put in is only 351 cranking amps that is very low. Julian that works at Powerstride put in a 540 cranking amps battery. This battery should last 2 years, I have more power and should not have problems starting the car after 10 mins.”
“Called O'REILLY'S in San Gabriel and spoke with Trong. After calling the other guys and was informed that I would have to go to the junk yard or go to the Dealer to purchase the pigtail connector for the V-Tech and. or get it used from a Private party. NON- SENSE!! Trong The Man not only did he order it on the spot....I didn't have to stop was I was doing and run over there to pay for it. He just told me to come in and get it at 5 pm
Now that's customer service with a capital A". Came home, cut, spliced, dice, reconnected the 2 wires that were sticking out of the wire harness.
And that was all oShe Wrote. No more check engine light that read, p1259.”

“I would love to say thank you thank you thank you to the young man who helped take a look at my car when my engine light came on and he used the OD reader thingy and also check my oil.... I did not have any cash on me to give him a tip and I felt so bad when I was driving off......if I'm ever that way again I definitely will bring him something...... what a nice young man.....he just seemed happy to be a help no matter what......... They are lucky to have him as an employee as he really truly cares......I go to O'Reilly's often for car items and this one will always be a good memory.....
