“I went to Auto Zone in Montebello to check my battery and alternator. They told me both my battery and alternator needed to be changed. They didn't want to help with changing the batter and could really care less.I then went to O'Reillys and KEVIN helped me out SIGNIFICANTLY! Not only did he help me realize it was just my bad battery, he got his tools to take the parts out install my battery for free. I have 2013 chevy impala so there a a few steps and tools needed to take it out. He was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! Never going to Autozone again. KEVIN at O'Reillys was awesome! Thank you again!”

“Stephen and Joseph saved my bacon! I was having problems with my old 12v battery and brought it in for a check. Stephen pointed out that 10 years was overdue for a battery change and he was right. I brought it in the next day and, when I tried to disconnect the connector around the negative terminal, the terminal post snapped off. Joseph helped me out with a spray acid corrosion foam spray that helped me get the connector off. Then he tracked down the right battery for me and ordered it in. I picked up the replacement battery today, and after a bit of installation, my car was back to humming along like it used to! Many thanks, Stephen and Joseph!”

“2-26-24 i went to my Local OReilly Auto Parts @ 4792 Peck Rd El Monte. Have a 2011 Chevy HHR that the Rear passenger side window would not Go Up as Partially Down for unknown reason. looked up on Youtube for Location of Fuse and took picture of it. showed picture of Fuse and since i havens worked on cars for Years the Counter Employee "TONY" said fuses are Now on a Isle and took me to the isle and He Looked for me. he Pulled out 2 and he said it looked like the first fuses he pulled of the rack. it Sure Did. HERE IS THE BEST PART FOR ME He Went out and PULLED OUT the fuse in Question and IT WAS About 1/2 half the length of the one in the Fuse Block. SO HE GOES BACK TO THE RACK AND FINDS THE PERFECT MATCH. He Installs it and NOW MY WINDOW ROLLED UP. We are to have Rain Today and HE SAVED MY DAY. Now This is the Kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT MAKES ME A CUSTOMER that WILL BE FOR AS LONG AS I LIVE IN THE AREA. Thanks Tony”
