“When my phone displayed a 'SIM card failure' message, I was certain the SIM card was at fault. Jenny, with her integrity, listened to my concern, cleaned my phone, including the SIM card and the slot, and my phone was back to normal. The issue was not as severe as I had anticipated. She did not take advantage of me and did not charge me a penny for her service, which I would have been more than happy to pay for. I will definitely return to her store if I ever need her services again. This positive review is a testament to her integrity and excellent customer service.”
“Yeah the person that helped me was fast courteous and knowledgeable my phone got ran over by semi truck and I was with in an hour I already had a new one working I was able to use my maps and downloaded everything when I got home even my apps are downloaded my phone's exactly the way my old phone was all the apps but the only thing is I got a better phone better camera and way better”
