“I will definitely be coming back to IB Gaming…..
The reason being, after making a ton of calls to various Game/Electronic repair shops in, and around the LA County area.
I was able to compare IB Gaming’s services to many other Game/Electronic repair shops. However, at the end I found IB Gaming’s services to be the most competitive in pricing and timeliness, in which I was thrilled ?
Moreover, Angel provided outstanding customer service. The PS5 HDMI port repair was quick and affordable compared to many others. I will be recommending IB Gaming to all of my friends and family.

“Travis and Ramsey worked on my Samsung Ultra. They replaced the Charge Port and Antenna. Between the ordering parts and replacing them it took a couple of days. Unfortunately they come to the conclusion that the motherboard is damaged and the phone needs to be sent to another place. They did not charge for labor and material and were knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend this shop.”

“Having my cell telephone go dead all of a sudden has been traumatic. Yes, traumatic. My entire life is contained in this one device, luckily backed up by Google. When the problem initially occurred, of course, I consulted with my carrier. This, predictably, resulted in my purchasing a more updated device. But, it was not until I consulted with Mark Holmes, the manager at the Chino, California location did I learn that the device is repairable. So, I returned the device and new case cover to my carrier, then returned to see Mark. Found out that the telephone simply needed a battery. However, after more challenges with the device, later learned that I also needed a new screen at the whopping cost of $349. While frustrating, Mark helped me through the process by filing an insurance claim for the cost. Well, all was said and done despite the frustration and time spent, Mark made doing so to be a much less negative experience.
The irony is that in my experience, techies are not known for their personable disposition. So, Mark was clearly the exception and obviously the reason why he was also the likely one chosen to be the store's manager. Mark made an otherwise traumatic experience lead to a positive outcome, not only because he resolved the multiple issues with the device but handled himself in such a customer friendly manner. Thank you.”

“Came in with a severely shattered screen on my iPad. This was a major problem as I have all my work stored on it and needed it fixed asap. He took it in and though he was quite unsure about the ability for a quick fix, he went above and beyond to get this back in top working condition before the end of the day. He thouroghly explained the damage and showed me the steps it took to repair it, even providing pics to help me understand it. Top notch service and Joseph is the man if you want your electronics fixed right the first time”

“I recently got water damage on my MacBook and urgently needed to have the inside cleaned to give it the best chance of survival. I decided to go to Alice Computerworks because they don’t require reservations, and I didn’t have to wait or go through the lengthy procedures you get at the Apple Genius Bar. I brought my laptop in, and within an hour they had cleaned the inside of my MacBook. The service was super fast and the people there were very helpful.
If your laptop ever suffers water damage, I highly recommend bringing it here so you can get it looked at immediately. Even if the damage is severe and parts need replacing, they can handle the repairs and even help communicate with Apple, so you don’t have to worry about it yourself.”

“I cannot speak highly enough about Art and his amazing customer service! When our 5 year old Sony 65 inch TV screen went black all of a sudden, I was not sure what to do. I researched ways to resolve the issue, factory reset, etc. I eventually suspected a backlight issue (also indicated by the red light flashing six times) and had scheduled BEST BUY Geek Squad to come out (soonest was over a wee out) and they charge over $100 just for a diagnostic fee. I looked up some local places and saw that Art's TV repair was close to home and had AMAZING REVIEWS! I saw it was closed early that Saturday morning and even though I called an hour before opening, Art answered and had me text him the model number. He had me come over the same day within an hour and when I got there he helped me get it out of the car and after we got it in his shop, he walked me through every detail of his process and was able to confirm the backlight issue within minutes. He replaced all fo the LED strips in under two hours and I had my TV back home working like a charm in no time. I am so grateful for business people like Art, who CARE about the customer experience and take the time to explain things and make you feel cared for. He has been in business over 40 years. If you have a TV, record player, VHS, computer or other device that needs some TLC, look no further than ART. My family are happy campers.?
