“We recently went to look around at Roger's furniture store & walked out with 2 tall chest dressers. Pila was amazing, she helped us & told us what they have to offer. They helped us load it into our truck. The dressers were wrapped with cardboard & plastic to protect our stuff during transportation. We loved the service so much we went back & picked out a sofa / bed couch. My fiancé picked out the material. We had the options of different heights on the couch and different ways of stitching on the pillows. The delivery guys (I forget their names) were great. They set up the couch made sure it was up to par and even cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely go back when we need more furniture. I would recommend this store to the fullest. Pila was great. She was very communicative and tried to give us exactly what we were looking for and she succeeded. Delivery guys also gave us some tips to keep our couch feeling fluffy thru the years. Again if ur looking for good sturdy furniture, head to the store and ask for Pila you will not be disappointed. “I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this family owned business. I went throgh a strugle of months of research and a failed amazon delivey and decided to just google a couple of furniture stores. I found VF furniture on google with great reviews and decided to visit. Jennifer the owner was super helpful, kind and offered me the best customer service a customer wish for. It was a hot day , she even offered me an ice cold water. She helped me decide on the color i wanted , looked up many booklets to try to find a mathing coffee table with it. Guess what? They only charged the gas for delivery and they offered it to deliver the very next day. Her husband was super polite and also was on the dot on the delivery time, they were there exactly on time as they say they would. I am very happy with my couch , looks amazing. “Bought a really good twin mattress for a relative here and at a good price too. The staff was really helpful and gave us space at the same time to decide on which mattress to buy. He even encouraged us to lay on the mattresses so that we could for sure know the quality and decide which would be best. Overall it was a great experience. They have a lot of furniture. Its packed with furniture; however, they have a path throughout the whole store so that you can see everything.”
