“I was hesitant to join a gym or workout with a coach/trainer because I was afraid to get injured. But as I was advised by my doctor, in order to increase my bone density I needed resistance training. So I joined my Daughter and Coach Iggy at ZELTA TRAINING ACADEMY. Iggy is the best coach I ever had. His methods, patience and humor allowed me to lose weight, lose fat, gain muscle, increase my glute size at 56 and increase my bone density above normally population in just 4 months. His classes are not cheap but I guess you get what you pay for and I got exactly that. My life improved dramatically, my mentality, my habits and my strength. His professionalism, education and knowledge is worth it. I will continue with his programs and I wish him to be my coach as long as I can live. Thank you coach’s Iggy for getting me back my health. Definitely Zelta Training Academy and Coach Iggy are the one place you would like to join if you’re looking for a glute expert and strength and conditioning coach.”

“I go past midnight.. few people so the machines are available. The staff is always friendly and busy cleaning the floors. Shopping center security is always making sure people are not parked watching or sleeping in their cars. I feel bad when I see them wake someone up. Good gym for La Puente.”
