“ALL of the coaches here are super passionate, warm, encouraging and VERY experienced. They work your muscles you didn't know you had! Not to mention they make the classes an absolute blast. The community here is absolutely supportive and compassionate, who genuinely cheer for you when you achieve a PR and encourage you to go beyond your limits when you sometimes don't think you can . The facility is always clean and the WOD are posted in advance and are crafted to give ample time to give you an invigorating strength training session and a heart-pumping, sweat-inducing workout, all in one hour. I highly recommend this gym for anyone that is looking to take their workouts to the next level! This place really encourages you to get the best out of yourself (physically) and that transfers over into all other aspects of your life. ? ??”

“This is a Super Sport gym, the third highest of the four membership tiers that 24 Hour Fitness offers.
The AC and ventilation are pretty bad. It's always stuffy, whether you come in at 4 a.m. or 5 p.m. There are no barbell safety clips. You have to go hunting for 5 lb and 10 lb plates.
The front desk staff and members are nice. The gym has 10 squat racks and only 1 Smith machine. It's bizarro world. Turn on the AC, please.”
“Aspire Fitness is perfect for people of all fitness levels. I consider myself to be an active person.
