“Back in 2022 I got a back injury at work I had to stop going to the gym which I love to work out to make matters worst the clinic where my job send me made it worst by trying to adjust my back I developed what it’s called drop foot a condition where as much as you want to move your foot from the ankle it just doesn’t respond when I went back and talked to Iggy about it and told me to get back to the gym him personally work with me slowly but with a lot of wisdom and care he brought me back to where I stared to have feeling in my foot again thanks to him I regain movement it was a scary time for me because even the doctor who treat it me believe that I wouldn’t be able to have movement on my foot again what it really worry me too is that my and my wife love to dance so you can imagine my fear of not been able to ever dance again so with a lot of confidence I can testify that if you have any kind of back problems or any body discomfort and want to give yourself a chance to get better he will work patiently with whatever problem you have I will always be great full with him thank you Iggy.”

“Aspire Fitness is perfect for people of all fitness levels. I consider myself to be an active person.
