Today I came in to open a checking account with Kimberly another excellent banker, she was also very informative and genuine. She let me know all the benefits of my new account, which was very helpful. Also asking if it was okay to follow up in 10 business days as well as a 3 month follow up. “I was on my way to pick up my Mom for our Saturday food run at the San Gabriel Valley area. Before doing so, I needed to go to Wells Fargo Bank (WFB) to exchange lots of rolled up coins for some bills. I found this WFB off of Azusa Ave which is less than a couple miles from the 210 Fwy. I said perfect! I didn't know that this WFB is in a historic building built in 1906. WOW!!! That is about 118 years old. Amazing how historical sites still surround us in today's times. I felt like I was banking in the past, but in modern colors. The old door trimmings were still in tact. The steel gate outside of the vault is still there. The high ceiling beams had beautiful art. I was admiring the look and feel of the bank while standing in line. It was humbling. I actually had a tearful moment. Maybe I was there before at one point in a past life... who knows. Anyway, it was very busy. There were about 20 people in front of me. I stuck through it. Once it was my turn, I walked up to the bank teller and started engaging in the exchange transaction. Bank teller was pleasant and friendly. It took a little while for them to count the rolls since I had a few hundred dollars to exchange. They have these trays to help them expedite the count. Funny, the bank teller thought one of my penny rolls was short so she had to take out one roll and double check which was fine with me. I didn't take it personally. I want to make sure the bank got the right amount of coins for the bills they were going to give me LOL. It should always be a fair and even exchange LOL. After all was said and done, bank got my coins and I got my bills! Thank you WFB!!!”

“My daughters and I were in the San Gabriel Valley (SGV) area for lunch with my dear friends. After lunch, we did our food run for the week, but I didn't have much cash on me. We found this Wells Fargo on Walnut Grove just a few minutes from the food court where we were heading. And it's in the same shopping center as Walmart. Funny, I have been a SGVer for the last 4+ decades and I have never shopped at Walmart out in SGV... maybe because I am normally out here to eat and shop for Asian stuff LOL. Anyway, this Wells Fargo has two ATMs for use. It doesn't look like a big bank from the outside, but looks can be deceiving. It was a very quick ATM visit indeed. Looks pretty clean outside. However, what caught my eyes were the two trash bins nearby adjacent to the bank. Not sure if the trash bins belong to the bank... I doubt it, but they were nicely covered so they don't appear to be trash bins. I'll be back to use this bank when on the south side of SGV. Yes, there is also a Wells Fargo on the north side that I use LOL. Gotta cover all compass of banks.”

“***This review is for ATM use only*** I was in the Rowland Heights area yesterday evening. I needed to make some deposits at Wells Fargo Bank (WFB). There were 3 ATMs right outside in front of the bank. Very well lit which is great. Thank you WFB! It was late in the evening so I was constantly looking around to ensure nobody was lingering besides the people who are using the ATMs LOL. Surprisingly, while I was here making multiple deposits, there were at least 4 other customers who came by to use the ATM as well. Luckily, they came at different times so there wasn't a line. I normally don't visit the ATM at night... this occasion was indeed an exception! Happy Late Night Banking!”

We ran into some issues with the transaction that we weren't expecting, so it took longer than we both had anticipated. He was so calm and never made me feel like I was disrupting his morning. We finally got the issues resolved and he really made me feel like a valued customer. A few weeks later I had to inquire about this account again. I phoned the bank and asked for Omar since he took care of my banking needs so well. He remembered me and made me a same day appointment. Once again he exceeded my expectations.
