I also noticed that all the staff were professional and friendly toward other customers while we were there. We actually came from another T-Mobile store in Rowland Heights first, and the staff at this location were much more knowledgeable and helpful by comparison.

“Exceptional Customer Service! I want to give a huge shoutout to the store manager and the entire team at this T-Mobile location. I came in as a very upset and, admittedly, difficult customer because of ongoing issues that were completely corporate related and had nothing to do with the retail store.
Despite that, the manager was incredibly patient, professional, understanding, and went above and beyond to help me. The other associates were just as helpful and supportive throughout the entire experience. Instead of brushing me off or telling me to contact corporate, they genuinely took the time to listen, troubleshoot, and do everything they could to assist me.
Customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Thank you to the manager and the entire staff for handling a frustrated customer with kindness and professionalism and for going far beyond what was expected. You turned a very frustrating situation into a positive experience.”
