Mary at customer service was extremely rude and passive when we asked to purchase items. She claimed we couldn't buy our items without our physical Home Depot credit card. When we asked for the manager she then cooperated and finally let us buy our items while being rude the entire time.

No body is helpful in this store, they do not know what they have or where it is, I am going to lowes next time
