“I stopped in to this store by fluke; I had lunched nearby and had a very expensive ($30K) diamond bracelet with me that needed fixing. While the man behind the counter helped another customer I had a look around at the estate jewelry, which in my opinion was mainly unremarkable pieces. I did find one necklace I liked, a white gold & diamond antique brooch modified to be a necklace, which was reasonably priced at $5,250. It was the only item in the store that had character in my opinion. But that is just a matter of my personal taste; I believe the prices here are good for what you get. When it was my turn at the counter, the gentleman looked at my bracelet and pointed out that the bracelet needed a solder on one of the pins. I hesitated at that moment about having him repair it; something told me not to leave my expensive bracelet here. Plus, I knew the estate jeweler I purchased it from would do the repair at no charge. The shop person was very friendly with me and I may go back for the diamond necklace.”

“We just came to the mall to put batteries for my husband’s watches somewhere here and we decided to go to our fave jewelry store, ZALES, to clean my two rings, as we were waiting, for my surprised, my hubby wanted me to pick some diamond earrings, another big gift, i say it, because he already got me an expensive gift. We were checking and checking, and my husband asked JAZMIN about our upgrading my wedding ring to a bigger diamond, he asked this again, just because the last time we were there less than 6mos ago and we asked the associate, but she was telling us abt changing the entire ring, and its very sentimental to me, its my wedding ring, so i didn’t want to do it, so we left with nothing. But Jazmin, explained to us we can do it, that i can keep my ring but just change the diamond only, she showed us a variety, different cut, how many carats etc, so nice, she was patient to us, we felt home, we didn’t feel any pressure at all, so thank you for that Jazmin. Oh and lets not forget ant the cleaning of my two rings. She TOOK the time to clean it way more than the other workers, so once again, THANK YOU Jazmin. She was excited for our ring too once done. So nice! And yes, cannot wait to have it with me! JUST TO LET YOU KNOW, YOU HAVE A DIAMOND there as a manager.”

“This review is long overdue. I wandered into this beautiful store around Christmas time. I am 40 and thought it would be whimsical and fun to start a little collection of Swarovski figurines. My nephew who is 9 was with me and saw the Captain America piece and said “that’s the only thing I want for Christmas.” I bought it and just thought how special it is for him to have his own little valued collection. Colton was the salesperson and he was just lovely. It was an interaction so endearing it sticks with me today. This store also has beautiful high end collectibles and their buying is so tasteful and fun. I will come back for another addition to my collection soon! The little butterfly was my first purchase!”

“I have been getting my jewelry designed, repaired and modified at a different local jeweler but had a bad experience recently when they blatantly overcharged me - yet again. I turned to Yelp to find an alternative jeweler and found that Cartel had great reviews. I had seen it before in this shopping center where I get frozen yogurt, but wasn't sure if it was open because there was no jewelry displayed in the window. But Ken is most definitely there working his magic! He buzzed me in and took a look at my broken bracelet and explained the repair needed. I did not ask for the repair cost, just decided to see where it landed when I pick it up. I received a phone call this morning from Ken to let me know it was ready for pickup and after showing me the fully repaired bracelet, asked me for twenty bucks. So yes, I now have a new jeweler!”
