The United States Postal Service location in La Quinta provides great and efficient customer service. The front desk is very fast, efficient, and friendly, keeping lines moving quickly. Staff members are genuinely helpful, taking time to track down important packages and resolve issues, even on busy days. Employees are attentive, quickly fixing problems like a stuck drop box. The letter carriers have provided wonderful and pleasant service for years. Customers appreciate the hard work and recognize that the job is demanding. Overall, it is a favorite post office for reliable and kind service.

Every time I go to the La Quinta post office I always get excellent service. The man behind the counter(clerk #63) is always so awesome. He always has a smile, fast and efficient, and always helpful. Always goes above and beyond!

I rarely have any issues, and the few times I have, I’ve been able to go up to this post office to sort them out.
