“Pet Depot truly deserves a five-star review for its warm, compassionate atmosphere and extensive selection of supplies for dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, and wild birds. Right now, their adoption center features two adorable 12-month-old bonded kittens eagerly waiting for a loving home, and at the front of the store, two cute, friendly guinea pigs are also seeking their forever family. The staff is genuinely caring, attentive, and passionate about the well-being of every animal, creating a welcoming environment that feels more like a family than just a store. Their dedication to animal welfare and customer care makes me feel confident and grateful, and I will definitely be coming back to support small pet storw business. ?”
“I'm so very sorry that our first time trying Pet Depot Veterinary Group was over these circumstances. Dr. Clark and all of the staff were so incredibly kind and compassionate as we bid farewell to our fifteen year old lab we had since he was a puppy. Their prices are low and their compassion is high. “Update: I tried one more time to go during business hours and they were there. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. The fish were all healthy looking and there was a very good selection. I was happy with the fish I purchased and the store. I did notice a new sign with new hours listed.
Original review: I showed up during business hours and they were not open. I waited 30 minutes and no one showed up. I have since called twice to make sure they were open before I drove over and nobody ever answers. I sure hope someone is taking care of the fish because they are not there! I'm giving up and will go to another store.”
