“I never write reviews but I have do one for the amazing service I received. I came in today because I suffer from really severe plantar fasciitis and needed new shoes for work. Vic was so sweet, helpful, and friendly. He did a full scan of my foot and immediately gave me shoe, shoe insert, and sandal recommendations. I was so happy i could stop smiling and it felt like I was walking on a cloud after spending the last six months in pain. He was never pushy, and it genuinely felt like he wanted to help me feel better. I could also tell he was extremely knowledgeable because he was saying very similar things to what my doctor was telling me. I can’t wait to come back in the future.”

“I want to thank the Manager at Sketchers (Denisse) the Cashier and The Man on the floor (Joel) for their excellent customer service. Denise went above her duties when she got the ladder and climbed up to get me a pair of shoes she thought I might like. Joel was assisting me he understood what I needed and he was able to take me to the proper aisle. He hah to go to lunch and when he returned he came back and continued with helping me and my sister. The Cashier recommended shoes to me. They are truly appreciated.”
“I love their shoes, have and have had many of their shoes so i was excited to be doing a delivery next door to them, on the same building of course and was super excited to walk over and see if they sold shoes to customers or if it was just a distribution center but the place i made my delivery at unloaded my container far to quick for me to go and check it out. “I had heard sbout the store, as a satellite to the Shop at Kings location, but I was completely blown away at the level of detail and modern pop culture went into designing the fresh atmosphere at this boutique. From the ceiling to the floor, the maze of display cases to the lighting this place is an urban oasis. I'll definitely be losing my wallet here.”

“Let me start out by saying I'm a hard person when shopping for myself. I have to try everything on, feel it, see the quality, and ask a million questions. So when I went to Red Wing Shoes in coviva, I was greeted by sales associate Robert A. He took me around the store and taught me about the different upgraded technologies throughout the years. He fitted me with some machine they have so I may get the best fit. I picked out 4 or 5 different styles with 2 different sizes for a few of them. Robert was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through my choices, He explained the history of the older model shoes, I asked tons of questions and he didn't seem perturbed one bit. After about an hour or more of my constant barrage of questions and comments, it turns out they didn't have my size at that store. He called another close store and reserved a pair for me, knowing his hard work wouldn't be repaid with a commission. His only focus was me getting in the boot of my choice. In a world where there's no more customer service, Robert A. Is a class act and a master of his craft. And red wing shoes continues to hold the bar high for it's products and employees. Robert A. and Red Wing Shoes has my business for life. Thank you for your hard work.”
