Once - their only mistake in many, many cleanings - they accidentally shrunk a wool flannel dress of mine. When I took it back, they acknowledged the error and miraculously "unshrunk" the dress. I had no idea it could have been done!!They are truly wonderful.”

Also the owner is a super awesome guy really connected with customers and looks over the business well. They also take card which is a huge plus to not have to carry cash or quarters.”

She got stains out of a shirt that 1) has had bright blue ink stains on it for over a year and 2) has been sitting in the trunk of my car for probably 8 months. She cleaned and pressed a sport coat, a business dress, and the shirt for $27 in 2 days! I'm impressed and will be returning!”
“This place is great. I generally have big ticket items laundered/cleaned (multiple king size comforters), and with other cleaners it's usually about a week turn around and stupidly expensive. Polo is a great price and they tackled my needs right away. Both times I've been there, they've beaten their own estimate, and their text notifications made it super easy to pick my items up as soon as they were available. Probably the best cleaners I've ever visited. OH! And everything in there is clean and organized! Nothing is out of place, and there's no waiting while someone searches for things.”

“This laundromat is a wonderful place bright clean And never have I had a problem with machine malfunctioning. On the third Wednesday of the month, they get back to the community by hosting laundry love, which is free laundry for anybody between the hours of 2 and 430. It's got your vending machines for your snacks or laundry supplies. No bathroom, though, but Jack and box. And the shell station arrived across the street.”
“We stopped by after 5 pm to drop off some dry cleaning after the first order came back and they did a great job! They are very nice and they do a great job with basic dry cleaning. I haven't tried them for gowns or tuxedos yet. Bf likes the way his shirts came out. He said the owner is lovely!”
“This is our "go to" place when our all-in-one has an issue. The attendants are extremely helpful. They went out of their way to let me know when a large capacity washer was available. Drying is way cheaper than washing. Bring plenty of quarters and something to read.”

“Dropped off some suit pants, suit jacket and a sports jersey. Was told they'd be ready on Friday but were ready on Wednesday! For three items, I was expecting a pretty sum considering it's in Laguna Niguel but was shockingly impressed otherwise! Establishment was clean and presentable. The woman at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with. I'll definitely be back with future items!”
“I love this laundromat because they accept coins and cards. Ive never used their service of drop off and fold but their inside facility is clean and their machines are pretty clean. Ive never had any problems. The bathroom has a lock code on it for people who are actually doing laundry (you can get the code from one of the attendants) so the bathroom remains clean . Youre close to the beach so its not as hot if you want to hang out outside while your clothes are getting done and close to food like kamea poke (10/10) , carls jr, and A's burger incase you wanna get food.”
