“This is an outstanding paint/body shop. Over the years I have used them three time to fix two minor paint imperfections, and a more serious front bumper scrape, all damages occurred while the cars were stationary in a parking lot. On each occasion Lafayette Auto Body repairs restored the cars to perfection, indistinguishable from new. The entire crew are a joy to work with and will offer various solutions to solve the problem, including simple low cost options. Use with confidence, you will not be disappointed.

This is why I restrict my reviews to those things/places/services that make me happy and appreciate life. Sure, I have been to some really dreadful shops, hotels and restaurants etc., but, like I said, life is too short to spend time thinking and writing about them.”

Setting up the appointment was easy and I was able to come in the same day. An hour later, John diagnosed the problem - rust build up on my rotor, most likely due to our ski trips. Art was super helpful and informative. I asked that they do a thorough inspection and list all the things it needed, I was determined to get it completely up to snuff. Well, Art and the techs there gave me great and honest feedback and estimates of future needed services, but told me all it needed for now was an oil change. “I came in expecting just a basic rinse and dry but wow they really went all out with the detail making the car look better than it did when I first bought it
They got every little spot in the cup holders and vacuumed the floors like they actually cared not just some quick pass over which you see alot at other places
My interior smells so clean now and the paint feels so smooth when I touch it like it got a whole new layer of some kind of protection that I don't even know what it is but its working
The guy at the front was super friendly and walked me through a couple options even though I was in a hurry and he didnt pressure me about upsells I left actually feeling happier than i expected
Definitely adding this to my regular route from now on”
