The staff is nice and the donuts are pretty good. There's usually a line but it goes by pretty quick.

The best in the area! My favorites are the apple fritter and the maple-glazed old fashioned, but everything is great, and the staff is always friendly.

I try to avoid Johnny's for health reasons, however when I do get a donut it's the only place I go. I think the San Francisco Chronicle rated this the best donut in the Bay Area at one time.
