“My favorite errand to run is always Lafayette Pack & Ship. Sue and Ian are such a pleasure to visit and they do a great job with whatever I need them to do. Ian has notarized all kinds of things for our small business. He has taken passport pictures. He has packed and shipped many, many packages to send all over the country.
Sue does a beautiful job printing my company newsletter every month. The pictures are bright and clear and all the colors pop. I really like the paper also. It has such a great feel. I am always getting compliments. The printing is always so quick too! I email Sue a pdf and she always calls me within an hour or two.
A few times I have been one of those difficult customers with some thorny problem and both Sue and Ian are irrepressibly cheerful and innovative with their problem solving. I feel lucky to have them in my neighborhood.”
