“Jessica and Jason at UPS at the Orchard Shopping center in Walnut Creek give the best service and personal attention. Whenever I have something special to copy I go there because they always listen and create the best possible outcome. My requests are never easy, but they work together and are motivated to make me happy. In fact today, Jessica would not stop be be more perfect even though I already was 100 % satisfied with what she had printed so far. She said “ I want to do a perfect job”. Besides this attention to detail both Jessica and Jason have a great sense of humor. It is so good to laugh with them.
It is a treat for me to go there because I ride my bike and enjoy “the outing”.”
“I came here to print some flyers for my son's school. Everything came out great! I was able to do some shredding, make high volume prints, and purchase the folders right there. Boom, done! Michael was incredibly kind and the prices are reasonable. This is a local gem, looks like they also do anything that a fed ex can do! (Plus mailbox rentals and notary).”

“Ken is the man. He has a wide selection of boxes and specialty boxes for various items. Customer service with a smile. I saw a review here where they pointed out that they buy boxes from a big box store for less money. This is a small business with a personal touch not a corporate store with a limited selection.
