She was patient and organized with all of the paperwork that had to be done, and we got it done in about an hour. The store was pretty busy, and they did their best to get all of us taken care of. “Convenient and easy-to-use UPS shopping. It's located in Palos Verdes Mall, which is a small little shopping center in an otherwise residential area. Not a lot of traffic and hassles getting in or out, and this particular location isn't really busy so the service efficiency is very good. They may not present the insincere kiss bootie vibe some members of the community seem used to, but I have had this UPS go above and beyond to be welcoming & to help me w/ every single service I needed. “The Ladies who worked there were always helpful and wonderful. once or twice a month I go there to send care package to my Son who is currently deployed overseas and the Lady ( I need to get her name next time ) always takes her time to check all the items and gives me some tips on how to do it.I went to several postal office and everytime they see my FPO box they know that they have to write everything down, it take more time gor them and they usually either give me an attitude or find problems for me to not to send it.USPS Walnut Creek is great.”
