“Yesterday evening Los Cuates Towing was the first number I called, no one picked up. But my call was returned within a minute. Francisco was professional and so was the gentleman (I did not get his name) that showed up with the tow truck to get my car out of where I got stuck (grass area). A big plus he arrived within the time given and once my car was in the clear he even offered to park my car to make it easy for me to drive off so I would not get stuck once again.Thank you again!”

They arrived quickly and I rode back to their yard with my car and the driver.They helped coordinate with the rental company to stay open a few minutes to wait for me and they drove me there to make sure I would have a rental to take my belongings out of my car and get home. “If you care about your vehicles as much as I do, call Al @ All Area Towing. I needed two cars towed and set an appointment for later in the week. Al was communicative throughout the process. He showed up on time with a beautiful flat-bed Chevy, and quickly had my first car ready to roll. Two separate cars being moved to the next town over took less than 2.5 hours from start to finish, and all for less than I had expected to pay. I'll definitely be using A.A.T. for my future towing needs.”

“Every time I had to deal with any impound tow company it was automatic rummage through entire car as soon as it hits the yard. My car was full I mean full of treasure. It was there for a week my own doing. But, I paid the fees which was a lot. To my surprise everything was still there in the same spot. I recommend not getting your car impounded. But if you do you want these guys to do it. Great job not your average tow company.”

“Needed my car towed before the city deemed it abandoned after so many towing flakes. My converter was stolen, it was a Sunday. Ruben communicated that it was only him that day and later, was unsure if he'd make it. He was communicative, kind and after I explained what was happening, he planned around his family day and offered to come at night if I really needed it done today. He arrived in the middle of the night and got it done so fast. He offered a reasonable amount to buy and tow my junk car. Highly recommend. Just skip the bigger name cash for junk car companies, they're going to spam your phone like crazy and the timelines vary. Just go with Ruben and FG towing for quick, responsive, awesome customer service. Thank you Ruben!”

“My car wouldn't start in the parking lot near Clayton Road after work, so I called Shield Towing for a jumpstart. The service was awesome! The driver arrived faster than I expected and got my car running in no time. He was super friendly and even checked my battery to make sure it was in good shape.
The only hiccup was that they could improve their communication a bit. I didn't get a confirmation call that someone was on the way, so I was a little unsure if help was coming. But in the end, the quick and helpful service was great. I'd use these guys again without hesitation.”

“Terry is a good guy and very helpful. He noticed my battery wasn't connected correctly while looking at my car and would not let me leave until he fixed it. He also ran my codes twice to make sure my car was ready to be smogged. He did not charge me. He took a good amount of time out of his day to help me.
